can you tell me if it can be associated with your adobe id or if it's one of those that activate and works correctly but can't be linked to the adobe id?

YES, you can link to you previous account (adobe account)

Let me explain more in details, during installation, you get to a stage when you will asked to login using your adobe account ID & password.

Existing user's can just login with the credential's (ID,pw) while, new user's will be required to create account which takes less than 5 mins. After creation of account, you can now use your credential's (ID;pw) to login before you'll be redirected to the activation page.

NOTE: THERE IS NO NEED BEING SKEPTICAL WHEN IT COMES TO USING YOUR EXISTING ID & PASSW ON ADOBE.COM B/C THESE ACCOUNT WHERE NOT HACKED.

Will wait for vouch on what these licenses actually are.. Hope its not like it was with 2015 where you get 1 license to activate and then it would just stop working (not to mention didn't even show if I registered to the adobe id).
