Strange from what I see this is only happening on your account, can you remove all the ad spaces and try it again? If that doesn't work it has something to do with your websites script interfering somehow
Submit one site to start with to see if it will start working

On average it's about $0.10 per 1000 impressions but this all varies on what advertisers are paying at the time
And price per impressions has changed too $0.04500000/1000 > $0.00900000/1000.
With such price per impressions its like you are going to be CPC network only...

W have done a lot of upgrades both to hardware and the code, we have updated our ad code and optimized it even more. We ask all publishers to resubmit your website so you can use the newly generated and improved code. All user information remained the same and funds are all still there, you just need to create new ad spaces again to utilize our new ad code.
