What about WIRE transfers?

Right now it's impossible to withdraw from AdvCash in most countries.

That's not exactly true.

EU users have SEPA withdrawals and ADV cards.

Non-EU users have Mastercard withdrawals in USD.

Russian, Kazakhstani, Turkish, Ukrainian users have Visa/Mastercard withdrawals in their local currencies.

Asian users have local bank transfers.

Since there is some modifications related to cards, is there any thing new about the availability of international cards? AFAIK it is scheduled in Q1 of 2021. Thanks.

It's not really scheduled, we can't schedule things that are mostly outside of our control. On the card creation page, you can already see the new ones as previews. Our team is on it, the teams of our partners are on it, and we hope they will go live soon.

I understand that you must be working hard for this to happen and I will be very happy when you can be offering at least Global UnionPay cards, because it would be possible for me to use them in my country. well i'll keep waiting.

I just have one question:

those Crypto World cards that will be available soon, will it be possible for them to arrive all countries?

Cards labeled as international, worldwide, World etc are always supposed to be available for all countries supported on the platform (not 100% of countries in the world, there are unsupported countries as well), unless it's specifically stated otherwise in card details.

So regardless of card has balance or not, I will be charged the fees? So, even if the card has 0 balance  I will be charged the inactivity feeds etc?

Cheers

Yes. This has nothing to do with card balance.

Just load the card or pay with it at least once a month, and you're good.

Mind you, the fees begin after 3 months of inactivity only.

Doing regular shopping with the card is too expensive for me. Because the card is in EUR and my currency is GBP.

We don't really see them as unnecessary charges Smiley It costs money to launch and maintain a card program. No maintenance fees for a card you use at least once a month no matter the amount is a very good deal.

The best option would be to load the card and pay with it.

The fees are charged from the wallet, not from the card.

Details are available in the PDF in your account, and you are welcome to get in touch with support if anything is not clear.

I've received recently an e-mail about the new fees for the AdvCash card. And I have questions which may be of interest for others too (and that's why I ask here).
Unfortunately (for you) I don't really use that card. At least not for now. So my questions are about the inactivity fee.
It writes:

After you do not load or use your ADV Europe card for 3 months, we start charging a small monthly fee of 2 EUR/USD for the 4th, 5th and 6th months of inactivity. Card loads are blocked when 7th month of inactivity begins, reactivation fee charged to unblock.

1. If, for the sake of example, I don't use the card for 10 months and then I want to use it again, will I have to pay inactivity fee only for months #4, #5, #6, or for all the following months (#4..#10)?
2. If I don't get to use the card again until it expires and after a couple more years I decide I want to order a new AdvCash card, will I have to also pay for those (obsolete) inactivity fees or not?

Thanks.

1. If you download the PDF with fees and limits in your account after clicking this card, you will see it explained in a little more detail.

The inactivity fee is charged only until card loads are blocked when month 7 begins. After that, the inactivity fee is not charged anymore.

So the answer is no.

2. Do you mean the same card from paragraph 1 and the fees from months 7 to expiration? If yes, then no.

Or perhaps I did not fully get the scenario you had in mind.

So the best option to avoid unnecessary charges, will be to unload( empty) the card. Then when I need to use after  months or years, I can simply load the card again?

Is my understanding correct that, if there is no balance in the card then there will be no charge??

Thanks

Ok thanks, hoping they had not used stolen identities like, it seems, they did for creating the company.

So they never completed a kyc in the past?

They did, of course, go through KYB like any other merchant.

If there is an investigation and authorities get in touch with us for details, we will comply in accordance with our terms of service and KYC/AML policy.

thought they had a decent volume and I'd not be surprised if they had a spike in volume when the prices on that exchange went to the moon, many users tried to withdraw with advcash coupons if I am not wrong.

Just to start, would be interesting if you could perform some verification on their account.

The account is inactive and without any funds, so there would not be any actual point for the account owner to comply with any such request.

Well I'd not be surprised if they verified to you with fake identities...

I can write to you via PM if you prefer,

thanks.
