I'm not sure what you are trying to say. First is withdrawals, second is deposits. Of course the rate would be different when it's USD to BTC and BTC to USD. Have you ever used a physical exchange office? Sell them 100 USD and try to buy it back.

If you don't like the rate, just don't confirm the transaction and take your business elsewhere. We don't really owe you any particular exchange rate. Why exactly would we offer you the Bitpay rate or any other rate? Use Bitpay if you want Bitpay rate.

You see all amounts before confirming any transactions, why do you keep moaning about 'hidden' fees? How exactly are they hidden? We show you you get X USD for Y BTC. What is hidden about it?

It's shown on advcash.com in the header and also all exact amounts are shown before you confirm any BTC transaction, whether a deposit or a withdrawal.

Custom means it's our own commercial rate.

We believe it's just easier this way. You're making one calculation. With a different, 'better' exchange rate and a fee in % you would need to make 2.

Btw 0% fee in deposit btc is not true, because is based in the currency that you choosed, and not the real one.

It is true because it means 0% fee on top of the custom exchange rate between BTC and your funding currency.

dont use a advcash.....
This payment system may be good for service providers exchanger...
but very loss to newbie users like me,
who have a balance of thousands dollars in account

no expalin from TOS advash to hold money without reason
because i get my balance LEGAL buy in exchanger....
maybe my account cant be unblocked again.

Have you ever used a physical currency exchange office? Have you ever seen a physical currency exchange point that offers 0% fee exchanges and still sets their own exchange rate - announcing it to the customer beforehand? If you haven't, maybe try to travel and exchange money more Smiley It's exactly the same thing. We show the exchange rate and it's a commercial exchange rate because of course there needs to be a margin.

I know you are trying to find whatever fault with us you can, be my guest. But it's a non-issue. It says on advcash.com there's a 'internal exchange rate'. And that's exactly how it works for thousands of people every day.

The rest is not even worth commenting on.

Why exactly should it not be disabled as we want? It's up to us, isn't it Smiley Just kidding. It's never 'as we want', whenever something is disabled, it means the third party provider is not providing the service at the moment - for whatever reason. Why would we disable anything when we are making money off of it? So the only possible cause is when there's an outage of some sort.

Where is your service based out of?
I would like to to know so when I order one I know how long to expect to wait for a physical card when it is issued.
I am thinking you were out of the U.K so it might take a while to get to me in the US.

We do not offer any services to the US, sorry. Cards are not issued to the US and US accounts are not verified.

Well how do you explain what CoinBase is doing?
They are based out of the USA you know. And they are the biggest bitcoin exchange in North America if that accounts for anything.
They do offer cards for withdraws but for only certain states.
So that is why I asked. Undecided

I would just like to state that Andrew has returned the $150 that was blocked on my virtual credit card to my advcash wallet a few hours ago, I was able to withdraw the whole amount via bitcoin. Thanks Andrew.

I test cost buy BTC in Russian RUB:

advcash  346.72 RUB = 0.004327 BTC, < ~17% CURRENT RATE (BBB) BTC

localbitcoin 346.72 RUB = 0.005100 BTC

Service advcash has problems:
-> disable the withdrawal of the bitcoin as they want Huh
-> hide cheat on commissions  min hide ~2% and + any hide fee
-> hide bank name via conversation with customers

That's exactly why I was reluctant to mention it. We don't need to have yet another madman bothering our partners and service providers with their tiny little issues and disrupting the process. There is nothing that special about you or your case that makes it impossible to take care of just by contacting us.

Your customer service skills and that of your colleagues leave a lot to be desired, just by your responses on here the educated populous on this forum can tell you are not fit to run a financial services company, hiding the credit card provider for your company? Even when I am questioning whether you have actually topped up my virtual card. A simple please email wave crest for clarification would of sufficed.

This is way more about the $150 now, the best case scenario is for you and your company that those funds are returned to my wallet within 48 hrs and an apology for wasting my time.

There will be no apologies, you can believe that, and you are in no position to give me or anyone else any deadlines. We will await response from our card vendor and move forward with this when we have the full picture of what happened. You are really pushing your luck here with your multiple ToS violations, let alone your tone and attitude. Maybe say thank you to me when this is over, but people like you never do. Take care.
