For your second question, they advertise via Mellow-ads and a-ads(if I understand your question correctly), and as for your first question, they have 120+ members, 330+ websites, and 1,000+ visits daily(although we definitely need some proof).And do you advertise your website?

I've not had great results from Mellow-ads myself, so I'd rather wait until they go with Adwords.

Nice attempt but you will have to work hard on your website template/graphics. Change that green bar it does not really go along with everything else.
As for you site contents it does not really see anything special.

With answers provided to this would definitely go a long way in helping quite a number of people make a decision as listing is not enough if its not reaching the required target audience...
