There is ample help in the UK. If you can not find work claim housing, and all the rest of it. Go to citizens advice they will point you in the right direction. Dont be shy about scrounging off the Tax payer, millions do it.

If 15k is pretty much your only form of savings don't even think about blowing it and find a way instead to build things up from there if you really want to move to another country? Canada doesn't sound like too bad of an idea, just make sure to do all the research and stuff on whichever country you pick so you can find a job. Why is the UK such a shithole?
