Why should BTC fly?
There is no reason for the price to skyrocket at the moment. Network is horrible and nothing works correctly.
Well no everything works correctly but at a price that is clearly too high (talking about the fees here).

BTC is not going to fly. BTC is goin to rise steadily and slowly.
Then one day they'll find a decent solution for this freaking network and THEN it's going to fly up for a few thousands of $ more Wink

We need to understand that every ATH will means influx of new investors because mainstream media will cover Bitcoin's victory march.
Currently bitcoin exchanges are filled with new blood, new investors are just waiting for the dust to settle so they can buy more coins.
There is a high chance that we might even see price as high as $5000-$6000 at the end of this year.

When this type of people keeps on coming into bitcoin systems, we can expect prices to cross $3000 levels more smoothly with this current wave. I am too believing this time bitcoin will fly to moon for sure. But given that there should be no more whales waiting to book profits at one single price ranges.

These could very well the reason why the price has been restored as of the moment. I hope that people that is willing to buy will offset those who are selling so that the price can be restored and hold. And I also hope that those so called market analyst can be really somewhat "correct" so that the price of bitcoin can really fly to the moon.

Unless some whales are playing with the market. but eventually when whales are done with gaming the market, bitcoin will really surge up.

I'm expecting that there will be a good movement for the next months to come and yes after this correction we will see a very good increase. And for those people that are saying it's a crash, they are completely different. Crash is different from correction and look at the price, we are only experiencing correction.

I don't believe that it will go to $1000-$1500 during this correction, but it does have the means to get rather close to something like that. I do not believe Bitcoin will get anywhere close to $400, maybe $800-$900 if there is a large abandonment, but that is rather unlikely in the current market.
You are right that people are stupidly idealistic on this forum, however. It pisses me off how all you hear are repeats of "it'll hit $4000 in the next month" or whatever BS they spout now.

We are going into $1000-1500 in the next couple of week. It will fall down to that level QUICKLY. After that, it will slowly slide, all the way down to $400, will take a couple of years. Don't worry though, we will see another bubble or bubbles and will see $4000.

Back in the month of april people were saying that the price of bitcoins would not reach 2000$,well now when it has reached people will say it would not scale upto 6000$.It is not true and according to me the price of bitcoins would be more than 3000$ by the end of september.

Since the bitcoin price was pumped to ~$2800 we have bigger dreams comparing with our dreams that were last year.

It was really a dream for us to see price of bitcoin at a maximum of $2000 but see it went up to $2800 and now people think that bitcoin price will be increased again within a short period of time up to $6000, I think that this won't happen within a short period of time or even within few months.

It took people's and media's attention the recent price and it's good that people are investing in bitcoin and also in other coins and so the crypto world is being expanded much faster.

I'm a bitcoin believer but still i don't think that bitcoin is going to go to 6k this year or even the next. I think that if that happens it'll be a huge bubble, much bigger than the 2013 one however you look at it.

This correction is definitely necessary. I can see bitcoin going to 3k next year after this correction but 6k does seem a bit extreme.

I don´t expect another pump, I think there will be a few months with a stabilized price until the next rally when bitcoin will reach the $3500-$4000 range. Possibly this will occur at the beginning of the next year.

Even the price of bitcoin dump I Believe it will recover again after few months or before the end of this year the price will be $3000-$4000. Its better if you dont panic selling because if you sell your bitcoin the profit that you earn if you sell lose. Its better if you hold for few months and you will get a lot of money after the halving. Remember halving the price will goes up and for sure many people interested to invest in bitcoin so the price will fly and it will not dump again . But no one knows what will happent to the bitcoin price

Probably, but I think it would be healthier if Bitcoin kept a slower and steadier pace from now on, it's the best way to avoid a big crash.

I believe bitcoin will fly after this correction. I think the current crash/dump is made to shaken the weak hands and enable others to buy and accumulate bitcoin at cheaper price. If we see the picture, bitcoin will have series of good news ahead. Scaling issue will be fixed soon, smart contract coming to bitcoin and more countries adopting bitcoin. This all means a bullish bitcoin in the next months.
