Yup, I can definitely confirm that there's been no ICO, No MN selling and Developer is actively fixing and interacting with anyone unless he's sleeping!
Also the fact this coin been for really long, worked really hard to get onto exchanges and to make this a perfect coin, hell we even started accepting donations for charity purposes.
How is the dev going to fund the development in the future? Did the community chip in thus far or what'S the plan for required funding if there was no ICO or mn selling?

As it was established in the whitepaper and spread throughout this thread, the premine was 20% of the entire maximum supply. That was used to give back to those who lost substantial amount of WAE. Out of that, the developers took (collectively) ~5% of the entire supply. We make back money to pay for exchanges through the value of the coin, instead of artificially inflating the coin through ICOs and nonsense, we simply create proper marketing that brings in more people on the project.
We want the coin to grow gradually. When the time comes, donations will be taken out in order to pay for bigger exchanges. Right now, we are contacting a plethora of exchanges
