I took a look at his profile and noticed that the post you shared in OP and all other posts containing a referral link were removed.
Not sure if those posts were deleted before you started this topic or after it, in either case, it confirms that sharing referral links this way is forbidden.
Using a banner or a link shortner isn't different from posting the ref link in plain text.
Moreover, if his website doesn't accept bitcoin then this is not the right place to advertise it.

Website is not found and it gives me 404 error! or dogs images  Tongue
My bad. I made a mistake on that one. the web address was supposed to be zigzagsport.com/en and not zigzagsports.com/en.

Archived: https://web.archive.org/web/20201003121350/http://zigzagsports.com/en
https://web.archive.org/save/http://zigzagsports.com/

I guess topic was not deleted because website was not accepting bitcoin, even if they added bitcoin later, but because of referral link spam banners inside post that is not allowed by forum rules I think.
I would never trust this website sending them anything.
I think the website not accepting bitcoin as part of the reason since there were posts on that thread claimed that the website wasn't accepting bitcoin. but yeah, majority of the reason for it was probably because of the referral link spam banner

...but no one is allowed to advertise referral link via post.

This is something that is in the rules of the forum and should apply to everyone - but there are exceptions. I was personally interested in one user posting his ref links in Gambling, and here's what Global Mod says about it :

Technically they're against the rules, but people kinda started to get a free pass in the Gambling Discussion sub a while back. Personally, I don't really care about them regarding users like tipsters who are giving their picks away for free and include a ref link if anyone wants to put the bet through them. At least they're putting some effort or at least thought into their posts, but I'm sure many others (including mods) would disagree. If someone just signs up to post a ref link though that would be a different story. Theymos will probably say take them on a case by case basis but I'm sure everyone has a different opinion on in what context they should or shouldn't be allowed (especially regarding tipsters).

for what it's worth and not that I am defending btc.jack or anything but I was able to create an account on their main website and saw that they do accept bitcoin as a payment method and they do the same on their mirror website using the same account I created on their main website. another is using short link which is also prohibited.
5. No link shorteners that require users to view an ad.
You can post short link unless it links referral link or what mprep said (for example https://bit.ly/30reMWz).

OP please move this topic to meta, it's not really something for reputation.

btc.jack is breaking two forum rules here. One is sharing ref link which is prohibited in the forum and another is using short link which is also prohibited. Anyway, great to see the thread is trashed already.
4. No referral code (ref link) spam. [1]

5. No link shorteners that require users to view an ad.

Yes, and I reported him to moderators first Smiley and then posted here, in case moderators delete or move his topic to trash.
Topic is still there and my report is Unhandled so far.
It seems the topic has been trashed and my report has marked 'good'. I hadn't mentioned about acceptance of Bitcoin as well. You had reported first, supposed to mark good your report.

Anyway, I think something wrong with your comment, but it doesn't matter. We should write as much as detail on the report comment. So moderators would realize the case quickly and handle it as well.

This would solve simply by a report to moderators since they are promoting referral links on the forum. Either they accept bitcoin or not but no one is allowed to advertise referral link via post. I have reported the post for advertising referral code with a short link, hope moderators will handle it as soon as they notice my report.

You already know that spreading ref links here is not allowed so my answer is yes, and AFAIK the user (btc.jack) was known as casino ref links spreader (spammer) imo. He usually did it through games and rounds, one of example --> https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.55139479

Have you read the post below, I think that's similar to this (just a mirror site for their service)

I've contacted the zigzagsport support and they explain it.

Is this against forum rules and suspicious or not?
Zigzagsports Bitcoin accepted sports and casino Free 0.001btc sports bet

Posted by member btc.jack

I explained it more in this post:

Watch out people!
I think that guy who posted this topic is only sharing his ref link with this banners and has nothing to do with ZigZagSport website.
Posting ref links like this is also against forum rules.
