SO Basically it's gonna be a mixture of Airbnb, Zillow or MRIS kinda thing. THis will be good to cut he middle man and save some money. Like the idea. But can you guys provide loans and other things needed for a property on you own?
We would say we are more of a mixture of Rightmove but with the good features of Purple Bricks, we give you all the tools you need to sell a property, and we carry out all the marketing on your property. We will provide mortgage quotes through our platform but we will be using third party providers, we wont be providing mortgages ourselves. We will provide additional services individuals might need to create their property listings such as professional photos, floorplans, EPC rating certificates etc though individuals pay only for what they want/need. Basically we give full control to the individual to be able to sell and manage the sale of their property and provide all tools and features to help them do so successfully.
