I also have the same question, do we really need to finish joining the airdrop before we can participate in the bounty campaign? For me I think doing the airdrops adds more tasks than just joining a specific bounty.

Probably the main reason is that market is in chaos. Which the team decided to hold it for a while until the market start to increased IMO. Well, nothing to worry about at least we got some things to wait for.
If that is the best thing to do by the team then why not to support them. They will not make a move that can make the project down, so better to keep in touch in the team in order not to feel worry. Hoping alao the team will continue to be active in dessiminating information and upgrading the project.
