This project looks a bit cool with high hype, I still need to check if the project is really great for investment or not. They specialize in real estate portfolio management, fund and asset management and development worth hundreds of millions of euros.

I read about the project and was fascinated by the fact that Dominium is a project being developed by real estate professionals. What helps the project to meet its management objectives for all asset-related activities?

But why the website is not https? It's not secure I guess.

Why don't you have a good look at the companies behind the project. Munte has been around since 1833 and all directors have successful businesses. We selected Dominium as it means something in Latin that is close to our hearts. The .com domain was already taken by a group of consultants, but that is not an issue to us. Just keep following our project, more we cannot ask, but do not make statements you cannot back up please.

Let's see if this project will stay longer as compared to other similar projects. Property business via blockchain is too complex. Simple as it seems, but there's a lot more to do here. That's why most of the real-estate projects ended up in trading and not really into their business.
That is actually incorrect. All the tools are already there and this is why we choose Ardor. They have controlled Assets and phased transactions, which are two important aspects to make this platform work in the regulatory world. We have not seen a project that is similar to Dominium, as most real estate projects either tokenise property (legal issues) or tokenise funds (no difference to non tokenised funds as regulation still applies).
We are first building the platform with our own property funds and our own properties and once fully funcional will apply for an umbrella license so others may create funds in a regulatory correct way and with standardised documentation. If there is a similar project out there, do let us know.
Once we connect to the testnet of Ardor it will all become a lot more clear to everyone where we are going with this, but rest assured we will stay for the course.

Could you please let me know what it is that is not clear to you? We are a couple of real estate companies with many, many years of experience and have our own property funds, managed portfolios, rental agencies and courses on how to invest in property. We know about certain problems in the property world (lack of transparency, lack of liquidity, lack of standardisation, complex nature of fund creation, etc.) and we are building solutions for this with our own childchain on Ardor.

Hi Ethan,Is there any reason why you think there is high risk? Did you not look at the companies and the directors behind the project and the fact that they have been around for a long time? Money collected through the ITO will for a great part be invested in property and the accounts (including the ITO) will be audited and published. There is already a working model and a big team.

This project is pretty much informative, but the website has a slightly lower salary interaction. There should be more attention from the community. I do not want to invest now for fear of high risk.
