In my view, the official website is really a shoddy one, which is hardly to convince people this project is with good potential.
I would say that the dev needs to improve the quality of any delivery, otherwise it will be regarded as scam.

Your website really needs more work, aesthetically it looks good but the infos are not well-presented and there are pages on your website that are still not complete. I know you're just starting but you really need to work on your website first to get people to believe in your project.
