Hi, I just discovered this project. I think this is the first project of a decentralized real bank with investments backed by crypto and standard assets. I think this will be a new concept of bank and I will also buy some tokens. I have a question, what about the regulations? Because this is like a foreign bank, when it will be registered, but the token are on a personal wallet... So we have to declare to our "tax return" the money like a foreign bank account, or no, like crypto wallets and fiat gains (that are not taxed now in some countries, for example Italy)?

Hi I saw the interview and i dont be very confident about what are trying to complet, seems like thiers no very clear who is7are the client(s) who are you involved in it the procesos how you will make money and how you will be secure to recover the loans.
