I actually had a couple of airdrops that are worth something already like ELT i got free 300usd from this
So I'd say it really is a hit and miss, but usually you need to hodl it, for it to really be worth anything.

the airdrops and bounties are very good ideas to promote a project and there some very successful project with such ideas with pointing which and which but i think you are mistaken some project have honest developers and active community behind them that they the best for crypto ....

i dont know airdrop will lead ico to the success or not, but bounty can take it.

Airdrops mostly are wothless projects,but most of the bounties will pay you if you finish what you are asked to do,so far 9/10 bounties ive join gave me some decent amount of profits.
yes their are useful but if you do not did your own research you might end up on the shitcoins so i prefer to do your research in order to avoid it and make your work be rewarded

Airdrop and bounties are a marketing strategy so the coin they offer would be known in cryptoworld. Recently there are many airdrops gone bad because of many scams. Iwould suggest that you focus on bounty campaign but make sure to read investigate if it is worth the time.
Bounties and airdrops are both useful when earning tokens. Though bounties have huge reward than the airdrops but both are valuable.

Bounties on the other had have solid projects, I would spend my time participating in Bounties rather than Airdrops.

I would rather trust coins that offers airdrops instead of those that doing an ICO. Airdrop means that founders don't need money and they are doing it for something more, that's why the coin has more chances to success.
Not quite true, the founders are doing that for advertisement mostly, to attract more people to their coins and make them trading with their coins also.
But you right, most of airdropped coins is trash with no future.
