About the Group Buy
Each car parking space is divided into 2,500 shares. Therefore the monthly profits from each car parking space will be divided between the 2,500 shareholders of each car parking space. In phase one, we aim to purchase a total of 10 car parking spaces, therefore we are issuing 25,000 shares (2500 for each car parking space). Should the group buy exceed 25,000, we will purchase additional spaces for each 2500 shares sold.
