When you are affiliated with a site, it's a big problem if your IP match with your affiliates. I have not read the T&C of BC games but standard practice is you can not create multiple account from same IP, household. You can not even use two accounts from same IP. If they are asking KYC for this reason then they have full right to do it. They are following the general terms which is fair.

The only thing you can do now is to explain them nicely of what happened and convince them it will not happen anymore. The rest will depend on their justification.

Not really if you can provide additional information and screenshots of your dashboard the issue will be clear to us, but the absence of additional information makes people doubt your claim.

Do you think BC.game will accept your argument you have to do better and back it up with proof, the casino does not know the real identity of the player if they are not yet asking for KYC.

Can you please elaborate further on your case? In addition, please provide all the necessary proof in order to strengthen your claim that this gambling website banned your account for no reason. Not to mention, you also did not state the name of the gambling website you are alleging against.

Just to mention, make sure that you followed all of the TOS mentioned on the gambling website. You might unintentionally violated some of their rules which warranted their decision on your account getting banned. But before that, please provide all the proof necessary, thanks!

You needed to bring some reference to support your accusation. Perhaps the email that you have exchanged or chat with the support team. This will help others to analyze the conversation and make up something from it. Right now it's just some words that you left for everyone.

Exactly! The OP will need to provide substantial information to support his accusation from the platform. Words are just words and for you to make your accusation valid, you will need to backed it will any evidence that the platform did you wrong. Possible information you can provide are Screenshot of your account, Proof that the banning on your account is valid and you did not do anything against the ToS of the Casino, Possible solutions you did like contacting their other support team on email or other contact information. Abusing promotion and commissions are common on any platform and it is better to provide proof that you did not do so.

Anyways, best of luck and try to contact them for more information on your account being banned.

You write about the gratuitous blocking of your account, without giving any significant evidence at the same time, it can mean anything from multiaccounts to the use of bugs that you are required to report, there is a clause in ToS bc.game that allows "not to open, suspend or close your account if there are reasonable grounds for it" So that you should at least present here some evidence of illegal actions against you by the casino.

You should understand that this is 21 century ,you can't just come out in a big community like this and give accusation and allegedly saying that you got banned in a platform......

1• Without stating the companies name and
2• Without coming out with proves and think people will believe you just like that, that's wrong and things are not done that way.

Too getting to know and to dealing with a platform in the first place, part of it is checking out if they've got good support services and social media handles and community, So the moment you got to know they have no support services that should have even be a red flag in the first place to not deal with such platform and should also put you into question?, To ask yourself how you gonna reach out them when you have problems like this.

This is what happens when casinos are banning people without any reason at all, they will look for platforms to express their injustice I guess anyone will do this, you can't ban without concrete evidence it puts weight on your credibility, but we'll have to hear Bc Game's side of the story if they still care for their reputation, but this is still not valid as long as OP cannot provide anything and people will treat this as hearsay, for accusations to be valid we need evidence and stories of both parties involved.

I do not think they will ban you for no reason but every actions that have been put do always has its own reasons. My guess is you are doing some shady acts which are against their rules. Was it also your account who you refer with? You login and wager on that account only to get commission on your main account. For some gambling sites I think this was allowed but for others and to b.c game, this might be illegal.

This is why it's always important to ask first if you are not sure of what you are going to try and also you can practice reading the rules or the terms and conditions because they can also include those things there.

First of all, I'm pretty sure a casino won't ban a user for no reason, because at times we go against the rules and conditions of a casino without knowing, just in the case of unknowningly using VPN on a casino that prohibit the use of VPN, because that will result to some kind of attention on your account, depending on the gravity of usage, but in your case nobody can tell because you didn't give us the complete details of what we needed to know. You didn't tell us the name of the casino, how much deposit you had in your casino and what did you observed you have been banned, because these are the details anyone who wishes to help you out could use in soliciting on your behave to the casino representatives here on the forum, because in recent times, cases like this have been brought up and resolved amicably. So O.P please we need more detail explanation

If they have a thread here I also urge you to communicate with them through their thread and I believe one of their representative will attend to you before hastily call them scam and mind you for any scam accusations there should be screenshot of evidence how it went and their feedback to you lastly.

Maybe sharing what the contact support's reply in here then maybe we can understand what situation you really in.
