True, blockchain is something that different with crypto and it can adopted by any section of business. And it can be use by any kind of think even bank. That is why actually it is not quite good news, i mean wouldn't affect much in crypto.

Alibaba is one if the most growing companies and so they might upgrade the level of its online system payment. I'm for sure, not only Alibaba have it's work toward this new Technology but for some local companies also.
This things shows that blockchain technology is really impressing big investors and it will lead into globally accepted system used.

so far I still doubt if this news has an impact on cryptocurrency, because alibaba has not adopted cryptocurrency as a means of payment

it is related because cryptocurrency is also under the influence of blockchain technology , therfor if alibaba use blockchain technology they also support cryptos and they are possibly using cryptos . i salute them because they are not afraid to try something new . lets just hope that other companies and business will also do what they already did because that can greatly help cryptos to become more open to the world .

I dont think this is related to cryptocurrency market. Alibaba using blockchain technology and its like banks adopting blockchain technology for their security. But i think its good for blockchain adoption because it will make their service more transparant and hopely they will accepting cryptocurrency for payment
