Not sure whether it is at bottom yet, I will wait for some more time and see. Hold my coins and not check market that often, that will make me feel better haha. Or forget about the thing that you ever bought those coins. I am participated in less projects recently, only picking some good ones now.
I think to wait, because the situation is really not as clear as Bitcoin from $ 6700 and down to $ 6000 price is an unexpected movement, with no news or other speculation, in fear of going back deeper but this is not a disaster, but it is an opportunity that good to buy more altcoin best and the price is cheap enough, so to be calm in the face of the situation if there is a chance then take advantage, the market situation will not continue like this it will soon rebounce for all cryptocurrency.
For long term holding theres no need to wait,because if the fluctuating stopped and turns into growth youbwill be suffered bitterness of not buying when the dip happens
I agree that the market will rebound when it finds a bottom.
Of course because investors will love that situation, but don't wait for it because we don't know how much is the bottom. 
it is currently an opportunity to buy, but be patient and wait until the market is at its lowest. do not forget to place a few orders to buy at a low price (make the difference in price on each purchase order).
I honestly do not like the current market situation, but it's okay and hopefully we all get luck.

I think bitcoin and other coin prices are at very sale prices to buy some. Very hard to know exact price bottom anyway.
Don't wait for the bottom, if you plan to hold your coin in long term then buying today is really great. The market is on red sale again, don't miss this thing or you will regret not making any decision during this time. It's impossible to predict the perfect time to buy, because the market could always dip some more. But personally i believe it's a great time to buy. Even if the market continues to dip a little more, we know that it will rebound much higher than this 252 billion market cap. I could see us outdoing the 800 billion by the end of this year if everything goes as planned.

It's hard to tell what's the bottom of this market. In general, it depends on your goals and if you're trading or holding. Now we are in a correction, this is usually a good opportunity to increase position or re-enter coins you believe will do well in the future.

So the prices can go down further more, but if you want you can do short trades and make a few long term trades when the price falls. Sounds about right? It would take a month atleast for bitcoin to recover, considering how this year went so far.
Truly speaking it is the time to buy, but people won't be having such a mentality to invest looking at the market. People who were good enough to consider it a long term holding or investment can make their entry as we are not sure when the forward price pushing takes place.

For litecoin being listed on a regulated exchange Itbit gives is more visibility to prime investors. I recall when litecoin had a bullish 1st quarter noone ever thought it would be trading under 100dlls.

I don't think it would be a bad idea to get some money into the market, but I would be cautious right now because this might lead into another dump in the near future. That's something I don't think anyone wants to get caught in, let alone buy into a bear market thinking it's going to shift into a bull market immediately afterwards. Some days, and in some markets, it's REALLY good to buy the dip. I'm just not that confident in it right now. But take my opinions with a grain of salt, because I don't know the market and I won't claim to know the market. I'm just saying that it doesn't look exceptionally good right now. Depends on you actually but basing on the current movement of coins then i would consider it as a safe spot but always put in mind that it doesnt give any guarantee that it will give profits later on. Sometimes we do really hesitate to buy because it cant really be avoided the thing comes to mind that the price might go even more lower.Basing on technicals bitcoin can possible go ahead to below 5k price but still its just a presumption basing on those indicators if you can wait then its your choice but dont expect it would happen for sure.
