I have barely visited freebitco in the last few months but still, it says I can't click now, it's because someone else is using freebitco from my IP too because I'm using shared IP. They are here for a long time, I doubt they would simply restrict you just because you have reached the minimum amount to withdraw. That's not how a site can exist all these years.
