I don't think this is the cause of the problem.
If a country restricts access to a certain website or if a website bans a certain country then residents of that country shouldn't be able to access the website at all. This is not the case here, since OP already stated that he can access the website and log in to his account. He just can't click the roll button or withdraw his winnings.

I cannot seem to find the terms and conditions of Freebitco.in, but I have a strong suspicion that your country might be one of the blacklisted countries of the platform. That means residents of Egypt are prohibited from using the services of Freebitco.in. In the first place, your country declared Bitcoin transactions as haram, so I won't be surprised if Bitcoin-supporting gambling platforms won't be accommodating Egypt residents. Freebitco.in is a good website. For whatever reason you can't access the website, I am pretty sure it is not their fault. If what you said is true, (freebitco.in banned Egypt completely) then you shouldn't tell the Egyptians not to visit the website anyway. If I remember correctly you can play on that with website while using a VPN and it is not a reason for a ban. People that have good income there will find a way to collect their earnings. Can you show proff that Freebitco.in banned Egyptian IP's other than ''trust me, bro''? From information that you provided it looks that they simply banned your account for abuse. You even admitted in your post that you was breaking their rules by using VPN to claim from faucet - it's not allowed.
Also, it's possible that Egypt government banned Freebitco.in because of regulations, if I'm not mistaken, gambling isn't allowed there.

Which kind of IP are you using while browsing the site? I have barely visited freebitco in the last few months but still, it says I can't click now, it's because someone else is using freebitco from my IP too because I'm using shared IP. They are here for a long time, I doubt they would simply restrict you just because you have reached the minimum amount to withdraw. That's not how a site can exist all these years. Stop this negative attack on Freebitco.in because the problem is with your country's regulations for online casinos. Egypt is an Islam country which strictly prohibits gambling. I do not know if Egypt is excluded from the freebitco allowed countries, but one thing is sure that even if they restrict the Egyptians from accessing this site on any legal reasons, it won't have much impact on their business and ranking. The freebitco site is being used globally and people from all around the world access this site.

1854 or 1813 totally negligible difference, even if it is measured in tens of thousands, not just 41. It is a rather complex metric and drawing any conclusions based on it (certainly not what you are doing) is absolutely frivolous.
