I assume your card is a Gigabyte 7970 (if not, then these settings may not give you perfect results!).

Try this:

Code:
"api-allow" : "W:127.0.0.1",
"api-listen" : true,
"log" : "5",
"scrypt" : true,
"gpu-threads" : "2",
"gpu-dyninterval" : "15",
"gpu-engine" : "1080",
"gpu-fan" : "0-0",
"gpu-memclock" : "1500",
"gpu-memdiff" : "0",
"gpu-powertune" : "20",
"gpu-vddc" : "1.170",

"vectors" : "1",
"worksize" : "256",
"lookup-gap" : "2",
"shaders" : "2048",
"thread-concurrency" : "8192"

7168 & 8192 give me error

How can I fond the best value for TC ?

can I setup autodetect in cgminer.conf ?

Did you read SCRYPT-README in the cgminer source directory?

Yes shaders value x4 is recommended in scrypt-readme

How many cards do  you have?

Can you paste your cgminer.conf file?

Card(s): 7970 x 3 All Gigabyte Windforce
Algo / Coin: Scrypt / LTC
Miner: Cgminer 3.1.0
Config: --thread-concurrency 8192 -I 13 -w 256 -g 2 --shaders 2048 --lookup-gap 2 --gpu-engine 1050 --gpu-memclock 1600
Results: 740 kH/s per card - Temp ~85c
Comments: Speeds only attainable after flashing to newest bios

You may achieve better results with 1500 memory speed.

Config: --thread-concurrency 2172 -I 20 --gpu-engine 1050 --gpu-memclock 1400 --gpu-vddc 1.087 --temp-target 80 --auto-fan
Results: 600 kH/s per card - Temp ~76c - 950W @ power socket
Comments: Using Catalyst 13.4, APP SDK 2.7, ADL SDK 5.0, Ubuntu server 12.04

But CGMiner reports my volts are still 1.25V so I doubt undervolting works.
