Ethereum price now is down, i think this is the right time to buy Ethereum but don't put all your money in one coin only, you should put your money and invest in two or more coins with a good potential.
You may go all-in if you play with small amounts. If you have a reasonable amount, you should never go all-in. Share your risks.

I don't think it's a good idea to invest all in just one coin, even if ETH is one of most "secure"..... if I were you I will diversify to at least 5 coins....
First thing first, there is a very popular quote about investment "do not put all eggs in one basket". "All in" is never a good option, indeed you may gain much profit but the risk is even higher. Moreover the crypto price in general is not yet stables.

Investing your money into ETH is a good option but you need to think before making any kind of investment as if you will investall your money into ETH, then you will be left with nothing in your account to help you from recovering in case you suffer any loss. You need to decide only when you are sure that you will not end up losing of your money. Invest only that much amount which you can afford to lose.
