Ethereum drop very low. As a trader we want to buy in this type of situation market is struggling at it most dip price can be in the market. Eth drop more thhan 50% of it highest price last year. So everone has a big opportunity tp buy with no doubt in investment. Eth has already a successful use so buy now and wait go up
I would not advise investing all the money. This is very risky. Invest as much as it is not a pity to lose.
I think this is the most appropriate time to go to eth, you can buy another alcoin with a cheap price, it will make you a big profit in the coming year if the price is normal again then you sell the coin.

which I know was just a few weeks ago Ethereum suffered a fairly low decline. so many are out of business. but changes occur over the next few weeks. so if at this time you want to buy Ethereum pretty good. 
I would not suggest going all in on any coin. It is very risky and there are certainly platforms with better tech than ETH that are also sitting on support levels right now. They might have more upside potential. I would recommend diversifying.
Anyway, I don't recommend to you to connect all the money in one investment tool. In case of a possible collapse you can lose all the money. It is obvious that you receive very good money in the direction of the possible ascending trend, but nevertheless it isn't favorable with one investment tool. Yes, if you wanna buy ETH and you are not yet in right now during the heavy dump, then you are doing something wrong imho.
I would say that investing in any top 20 coin would be a good move about now. I have a strong feeling we are gearing up for a rebound in the next month or so and believe we have most likely seen the bottom. I wouldnt say go all in, but a nice little fiat top up wouldn't go amiss.
Now is really a good time to buy Eth. Eth drops for over 70% from its top price. Ethereum has a very big potential as new tokens coming out now are on ethereum blockchain. So its ok to all in to eth and just hold until reaches 1k again.

I am against of putting all money into one currency. Yes, it is good time to invest in Ethereum but also it is possible to find any other cryptocoin for getting profits. Ripple and Bitcoin are the main examples.
