I just logged into MEW and when check my balance everything except 45 tokens everything else has gone! My wallet was hacked, but where have all my tokens gone?

So sorry to hear this. I hope you are in a better place now. I am sure someone got hold of your private keys and was able to log into your mew account and took your valuable tokens. To avoid re occurrence kindly keep away your private keys from the public eyes, don't store them online either, rather get a note pad and write all your passwords and private keys in it and keep in a safe place.
I think your MEW wallet is hacked or your private key is stolen. I think hardware wallet is the safest way to protect your coins from hacker. For me, Trezor hardware is the best hardware wallet to keep your coins safe. Always remember that don't click any suspicious link that has been sent to you, shared on any social media sites.
Recently, I see the breaking of wallets often happens, as they do, is a mystery to me, but I think you need to write to the administration, maybe it will somehow help you.
I don't think they are using very complicated methods.
Just a phishing page or dns hack like etherdelta would be making hackers rich.

You probably kept the secret key wallet on the computer, and this is absolutely impossible to do. The key should be kept on a flash drive and then this wallet will be safe

My friends we're also hacked these past few weeks from MEW.
We all think that their personal computer has been compromised and were infected by sneaky malwares that seems the only reason how hackers stole their possession. I humbly suggest that if you do once again create a wallet account make sure to avoid entering suspicious websites, porn sites and also beware of phishing sites.
Hackers and scammer will do everything they can to steal from others. regardless of what's inside your wallet. Im sorry about what happen to you but you can't do anything about it except view your transaction history from MEW. You'll only see where your tokens been transfered.

Once your tokens are transferred, there's nothing you can do except if you know who did this. Next time keep your private keys safe and do no use only one MEW or wallet. Spread your tokens too as you spread your investments to spread the risk of getting them lost or stolen.
There is definitely a key to knowing your wallet. actually been very secure mew technology in my opinion, all depends how we store the key wallet with good, then our assets will be maintained securely.
I think your MEW wallet is hacked or your private key is stolen by someone. So i suggest you to use hardware wallet to safeguard your coins because your MEW wallet is not safe any more.
You need to secure your property from sharing your computer, so add metamask to protect your ETH wallet.
There were cases, but it's one in a million. Very rare, but hackers have not been canceled. But still this wallet is safe for most of the users.
I am sorry to say but I think your wallet has been hacked due to private key or phishing scam. I would suggest you to please move forward and take extra care in future. May be you can use hardware wallet in future.
I'm sorry to know that, and I know what you feel because I've also experienced it. I am confused as to whether it is a MEW system that does not guarantee security, or my own fault. but someone suggested me not to open MEW via smartphone because it's easy to hack.
I've been using mew for more than 3 years and I've never had a problem with it . you should always be careful and treat with safety carefully

You cannot do anything to get your tokens back to your account. Now the best way is create a new wallet and keep it safely, the old wallet key is known by other people. You cannot blame anyone too because it's your fault I am devastated. Has anyone else been hacked how is this possible?

This is always a sad thing to read, and also painful. I'm sorry dear friend that you have to go through the pain of losing your funds. I would like to advise that you should be more careful in your dealings and the people you share certain info with. Also you might want to consider using a safe hardware for your account if you didn't have any.
I have never had my account hacked or my tokens stolen, but I know how it feels to lose money and I must say that I'm deeply sorry for that. This is the reason why it is mostly preached on this streets that we should be careful of the people we share certain information with, and be careful of the sites we visit, or the ads we allow on our browser. Again, I'm sorry for your loss.
