For the last time. We are not supplying you with any information. You have proven without any doubt that your company is at the very best 100% incompetent and your business methods are extortion. If you are so interested in finding out more about our company, do your research on your own. If you had have come to us before posting your nonsense maybe you might have gotten somewhere with our legal team but since your first contact to the site was an extortion attempt you are not getting any information from us until our lawyers are ready to press charges.

So once we know who you are. (Ironically the transparency site likes to hide who their owners are)
Once we have contacted all the other sites on your list and build a solid case.
The local police will let you know who we are or you go to one of the conferences with one our employees who is very active in the space and you can try and convince as to why you owners should not be charged.

Your comment that any registered company would be happy to tell you. Well not when you are extorting them no they wont.

That is comical. We do not have to "Put up or Shut up" We will do neither, we do the exact opposite. Every threat, every fraud attempt on the site we can trace back to you will be made public knowledge.

Its clear you have no idea how to run a company such as Badbitcoin.org. That is very dangerous to the community you are trying to protect. You have no idea what the companies do that you black list, you have no idea how to research or in your terms "investigate" you have no understanding basic business fundamentals and your main method for finding information is extorting companies.

How many times are you going to call us a Bitcoin company before you figure out we are not a Bitcoin company. Thats like calling us Visa because we take Visa as a form of payment. There are privacy laws for reason, you think the Bitcoin world would understand that since Bitcoin was created on the back of privacy but for some reason you guys think you are the gatekeepers of Bitcoin.

I would think that there is much better people in the space that could be and should be running a site like yours. The site is needed and in theory would be a valuable asset to the community if it was not run by extortion artists who have no clue what they are doing.


Your company has proven it has no business collecting information on the Bitcoin community, that it has no understanding of what is and is not a Bitcoin company, that it will use extortion as means to collect information because you have no idea how to do it the rightway.

What this tells me is that A) you have no idea what you are doing, B) at some point in the future you are going to extort us all again. Data is not safe in your hands, your list useless and you are danger to the community you are trying to protect.

Do the right thing and hand this business to someone who knows what they are doing or take it down.

Any registered company won't have an issue with this. We don't believe unsubstantiated or unverifiable claims. Sorry if some of you do.

Put up or shut up. We can find no verifiable information whatsoever -which indicates deliberate obfuscation. The site moves host every month or so. However, we've temporarily suspended the listing of this site pending some extended actions and enquiries.
The safety of Bitcoin users is our only, and our prime motivation.

Hey, Yes they are talking about us.

I see they have updated their posting on us to step up their lies. They are very angry that we are exposing them here and not allowing them to extort us.
Now they are just flat out lying.


They have done zero home work. At best they have no clue how to run a site like this or at worst they are criminals. Extortion is illegal.

To give some information here for eveveryone.

1. The site itself has a godaddy SSL. (Honestly you are this useless you cant click on the SSL lock icon and then click on connections for more info. This is how investigate one click? )
2. The sensitive sections, the traderoom and the cashier sections are hosted on Cloudflare to protect against attacks.
3. We have offices over the world London, Gibraltar and soon Russia. We have never told anyone where we are registered.

These guys are a complete and total joke and anyone using them as a source of information is putting themselves at risk because they have no idea what they are doing. These guys are just complete clowns.

1. They have no clue how business incorporate, name themselves or operate.
2. They have no clue what type of business they are black listing you should see the email they send. They want us to explain to them what we do? Really this is how investigate we have more then 20 videos explaining and more then 20k words of content READ, WATCH USE GOOGLE lol. My grandmother is better at online investigations then these guys.
3. They black list THEN contact you demanding things in return to take down the listing (This is called extortion its illegal)
4. They are building a database of Bitcoin companies owners and registration information. Yeah this is safe. We are not a Bitcoin company so it does not matter to us, its just a matter of principle now. We will not be extorted for a penny or information. But think about this for a minute. A company this incompetent is collecting personal data on who owns all the Bitcoin companies out there. If the company does not comply the call them a fraud. Am I the only one that sees this a extremely fish and potentially dangerous.

Some in the Bitcoin or digital currency world needs to stop these clowns before YOUR personal information is handed to IRS or any other agency they decide to sell their extorted information to.

In their minds they are have some right to having a database of everybody's personal information in the Bitcoin? Really what makes you the NSA's gate keeper of information. Why would anyone trust you with their personal information. You have already extorted the company but we are supposed to give you personal info.

NOBODY SHOULD TRUST THESE CLOWNS.

The funny thing as soon as they started threatening us and we started pushing back we had a 70% increase in fraud attempts on the site.

After their exhaustive "investigation" they where unable to figure out where are registered. Making allegations that we are not a business and a fraud Bitcoin company.

Well lets see.

1. We are not a Bitcoin comapny. How many times do we need to tell these jokers. We are Binary Options platform that accepts Bitcoin as form of payments. People like these ones running Badbitcoin.org are one of reasons major retailers stay away from Bitcoin. They make the whole community look bad.

2. We have payment processing. What does that mean we have to have registered company.
3. The regulations we are subject to are intense.
4. Bitcoin is a very small portion of our deposits. What does that mean, VISA, Mastercard ect ect do not provide payment processing for non companies that are not registered.

These guys should not be taken seriously at all. They have no idea what the companies they list do. They have no idea to how to "investigate" and sole purpose is to extort information and possibly money from sites.

The worst thing is they do not even contact the companies they list before listing them. Its simple extortion. Anyone using this site as source of information is putting themselves at risk. They have no clue what they are doing.

@topic: the site looks very 2000ish and is nowhere near as entertaining as Buttcoin is. This said it still was entertaining, will check from time to time.

Received another email from them. For some reason they calling us Bitcoin company.

Clearly these guys have no idea what they are doing.

If they had any interest in running a proper consumer protection site they would attempt to actually contact the company before extorting the company.
They would not hide behind the vale of "we are Bitcoin company, you cant sue us"

Now we have to track them down and speak with their local authorities and pass on the communications and try and have them charged with extortion and let our lawyers deal with them in a civic suit. Next week we will start contacting all the other sites they have listed and see if we can turn this into a class action law suit.

What a waste of our time but we wont be extorted.

When we say lets let the laywers deal with they say basically. We are bitcoin company you cant sue us. When we asked them to let us respond the so called reports about us they did not comment. Basically just want us to pay them to go away. Of course they use very nice language and choose their words wisely but in the end they are nothing more the scam artists looking to extort us.

In the meantime, as there is no traceable support to your claims of Company Status, no known Company Registration in your operations name or similar, and no credit records or references whatsoever in any province that we can research, and also that you have refused to consider providing any form of proof of either Company Address or Personal Address, then we feel there is no reason why people should be encouraged to trust you with their funds, at least  without exercising some element of caution.
A legitimate operator has absolutely no reason to hide.
