Pump and dump coin now...that is why you will see moves like that on such low volume.  If you like to watch a coin skyrocket and then collapse keep being a bag holder for this coin.  It's a roach motel, if you hold any real amount of asafe there won't be enough volume to get you out of your trade if you want.  I honestly keep checking in because I hope this will change with active development but right now it's a dumpster fire.
