Many bounties distributed already and 1 mil premine is not a big deal compare to many other coins. Especially it does not create a barrier to go to exchange at all, many examples are there.
Personally, I am ok if some reasonable premines are done and publicly announced. After all, for a coin, you need mining pool, website, block explorer, gaming site, giveaways, faucets, etc. Dev has merit to get some too. As long as the coin/mining is supported correctly I have no problem with it.

Can we get the address for those coins so we can make sure they don't go to an exchange?How would you make sure that those coins don't go to an exchange?
You won't know which addy is an exchange.
Those coins might be going to someone as a bounty or donations.
