In case you are planning for a twitter bounty (in name of airdrop), keeping the rule of "Rank = Member" does not really make sense.
On the other hand, your rule must be towards how well managed the twitter accounts are which are retweeting your tweets.
Twitter accounts with very less followers or mostly fake followers will not do any good even if there Bitcoin Talk Profile Rank is "Members +".
My twitter account (@askmecrypto) is an entirely crypto based account with over 500 followers with twitter audit score 97% (real followers), I am not sure if this is a loss for me or you if I am not able to be a part of this bounty/airdrop program.
