I'm not sure why no one have replied this thread, as far as I can see this case is really serious.
Of course this is a serious case seen by the community, I've been paying attention to this thread for several days since this topic was created.
I certainly don't doubt that @ajiz138 and @kamvreto are connected Alts, that's for sure, but if you look at some of the BTC addresses used by @kamvreto, I can guarantee that he has other Alts that can be connected to each other.

However, from some of the Alt evidence that @kamvreto has, they did not cheat in the campaign, so there are rules regarding some Alts being allowed, unless cheating in the campaign, of course if that happens I will mark them and report it to the campaign manager, unfortunately they don't do that, if anything it's in the past.
As you pointed out, cheating against the translate campaign, my understanding is that this case cannot be decided to be flagged, unless a violation is committed.
if it's inland again, more Alts come out.
