In crypto dump and pump is natural thing.No one can predict correctly when it will rise or down.If you know how to read charts then you can but not 100% sure.you mentioned when altcoins will rise, you should mention which altcoins. because there are thousands of altcoins.at the same time all altcoins will not rise.
I think if you change hours into months this would have been seriously a good topic, maybe I should open one myself 
I mean think about it, 6 months to 12 months to 2 years, or instead 3 months to 6 months to one year, that one sounds better. In 3 months I think we will see a new peak of this season, probably something around 13-14 thousand dollars, in 6 months we will probably fall because halving didn't happened as well as people hoped it would so we would reach somewhere around 9 thousand once again, in 1 year we will probably break 15k and maybe even rival the 20k price once again.
Seriously it was so easy to "predict" (or precisely assume) speculation of the next 3-6-12 months instead of hours, that literally changed the whole discussion and made it better.

if asked when altcoin will rise again, certainly in my opinion it doesn't take too long because the whale is now playing against a weak hand, when viewed from the current market capacity my prediction does not exceed when bitcoin is split in two.
No one can tell you that, everyone will just predict and speculate. Because if someone can ensure that when the price will go down and when will up then everyone become the millionaire. So, always set a strategy on your own, keep looking at the movements and follow only potential coins.

Even we predicted when it might happen, still its not a guarantee because no one can answer this question correctly. The price can change overnight or in few days depending on the market flow. But im certain in one thing, altcoins will recover this year due to upcoming event that can affect the price of crypto as a whole. altcoin market speculation are always ongoing so i think you should not worry or should not bother creating speculation threads like this . seems like you are not familiar with whats going on. its normal for the altcoins to fell down but did they actually fell down ? i thought btc are the only coin that drop the most of its gains while when i check other coins recently they are still in fine condition . alts are slow mover so once they drop , expect that they cannot recover imediately , not hours days but it could be a week or two and sometimes months .

nothing specific ,it can last for 6 hours ,for 12 hours or even more than a week depends upon the response of investors in daily market news and events,but certainly we will not go far because of the biggest event coming to happen in every 4 years here in crypto and that is the Bitcoin Halving so maybe 2-3 months the maximum?and we will witness the new Hype from our Cryptomarket.1. i speculate to happen little pumping this next week and some dumps also each weeks as the graph going towards this ways.

Maybe more than 1 day if for altcoin market. But sometimes altcoin market can give surprise but only to a few coins. I think generalize altcoin market is not like bitcoin market which is focus on bitcoin because there are a lot of altcoin market. It seems indeed that market conditions are not rising anymore and I see that there is still no sign of an increase. actually anything can happen and we cannot predict in time when it will rise again. I think maybe in one day or more. 1. Within 6hours.

I am 100% sure that no one will be able to predict this regardless of their expertise in crypto market, I believe that we might see further fluctuations until the bitcoin halving takes place which will have an impact on the total crypto market sphere and before the halving whales or big corporates will do their best to mint more profit by causing fluctuations by playing around with demand and supply.
I think market in the near future will have a big adjustment and this is what can make investors face a lot of difficulties in investing. In my opinion during this time should only observe and not choose to invest because the risk may occur at any time if not careful. However, I believe the market will reach new growth this year and maybe altcoin season can appear at any time. 
BTC currently bouncing up so it didn't took more days for it but for altcoins its not so bullish. But it wouldn't take long I guess because usually if BTC appreciates its value, all else are going to also appreciates. You're going to wait for more days to see altcoins prices spikes again. I would be careful selling altcoins these days specailly the ones I hold for years already because it could go up now that bulls are here.

Hey OP, you sound like too childish because from your post I understand you never followed altcoin markets or at least do not know what you are exactly referring to. I'm sorry for mentioning that but altcoin market is depending on numerous coins hence we cannot expect it to rise back within a timeframe. If you notice only very few coins are bouncing back in short period of time and most of the coin will be following more regularly than short-term falling down.
If your question is about one particular altcoin like ethereum or litecoin or BCH, then probably your question must be having more sense because we can expect only few reputed coins like them to bounce back within a timeframe and not the complete altcoin markets.

The bears seems to be in control ETH and ripple are gaining bearish momentum which was not expected, there is continuous price fluctuations in the market so it's pretty hard to predict the market. Also crypto is a long-term future you can see profits in a real quick time, research on your own to have a clear idea mate.
if the problem of predictions when it goes up and down everyone certainly does not know when it will go back up altcoin, because all altcoin has advantages and disadvantages of each so if you really want to see how the fate of altcoin is there often you read news updates about altcoin that you want invest because the price of altcoin affects the good and bad news
