You might have good intention but experience have shown us that only the admin of such group eventually earn some money especially from the funds paid by participants.
Keep your eye on MANI..
There are few twitter, facebook, skype groups already to make dump and pump of altcoin however all of them fails when price get pumps because someone from the group dump his large amount of coins and nobody knows who does so. I have also joined similar skype group before but loss rather than getting any profit. And i think this slack channel you like to start may also face same problem on long run.
Maybe some of us here can open a slack channel and discuss which coins we should pump and then dump , that way we could make some coins.
Tough we should definetly have serious coins behind it , at least 100 to make any impact . Since you will not give your coins to anyone and keep it to yourself , there is no trust issue there as well.
