1. Is it allowed to wear an Altcoin signature on BitcoinTalk?

2. Is it allowed to run an Altcoin signature campaign on BitcoinTalk?

3. Is it allowed to make signature campaign payments through an Altcoin?

I thought so too. Its no secret to the world how much people have come here in the forum due to it. Becoming just a Jr. will make them join to some campaigns not just to signatures already. But just give him the benefit of the doubt.

For the 3rd question though, its allowed but mostly prefer BTC or ETH. This is because coins today are easily created but will have no value in the end. It will all be up to the bounty campaign joiners if they accept tokens.

You can pay bounty participants with altcoins that you own or develop, if you build your own project.
But for now the signature campaign with Altcoin payments is not much in demand because the risk of altcoin that cannot be predicted can be successful or not.
The more you pay bounty hunters with Bitcoin or ethereum, which has more value and can be directly sold.
This method of payment makes bounty hunter participants more interested in participating in your project.
consider the issue of payment first.

If you are planning to run one or work for a company that is going to advertise here consider paying your participants in Bitcoin or Ethereum. It would really be a breath of fresh air and as someone said before me you will surely get better quality and not the baseless and fake conversations that you see in the altcoin boards. Your call.

1. Is it allowed to wear an Altcoin signature on BitcoinTalk?
Yes, you can if signature you wear does not violate these rules
6. No linking to phishing or malware, without a warning and a valid reason. [e]

10. No embedded NSFW images anywhere. NSFW content must be marked accordingly.

11. No linking to illegal trading sites.

24. Advertisements (including signatures within the post area) in posts aren't allowed unless the post is in a thread you started and is really substantial and useful.[9][e]

Sure, but remember to following forum rules, especially the rule #11 above.

3. Is it allowed to make signature campaign payments through an Altcoin?
I saw campaigns paid in altcoins so I guess they are fine with the forum rules but altcoin give-aways on the forum are not allowed.
Threads, posts related to on-forum altcoin give-aways will be trashed and posters in those threads will be banned (I saw some high ranked members banned due to this).

15. No on-forum altcoin giveaways. [6][e]
Additionally, if you want to manage your campaigns, you have to go through post history of applicants before accepting them and after that very carefully check their post quality before counting elgible posts for payments. Because naturally, most of posters tend to spam to get easy money.

1. No zero or low value, pointless or uninteresting posts or threads. [1][e]

2. No off-topic posts.

After the appearance of bump score, advertisements in altcoin boards (announcement, tokens, bounties) have less effects.

I raised the ideas for Whitelisting, spam score and community vote to eliminate spam with signature that seems to be ignored.

Yes all three are fine as said above as long as its posted in the right sections.

Also, try to make sure you don't have spammers in the compaign, you could use a campaign manager on here for that, as it may harm. Your popularity. You may see better participants by paying in btc as that might be what people register here (bitcointalk) for but you can still pay with alts.
