I recommend Ripple since i think it will rise even more. Another one to look at will be Stellar or Cardano. They will be quite big this year.

The question is very interesting. In my opinion this year the XVG has great chances. A promising coin, with a lot of potential.

That's a nice question, In my own opinion, The best altcoin to invest today is ethereum coins. The value of this coins before is just 300$ back in 2017 at the early month of may and now it doubled its value and increase to 700$ so i think that it may reach $1k dollar before the end of 2018.

Altcoins to buy now would be the ones that are still low, since i believe that Ripple will rise more i would invest there. I would also look at Stellar and Ethereum Classic too, they have good potential to rise this year.

I think xrp can go 5x in 2018

Advice to you to pay attention to such altkoyiny as: IOTA and VERGE. It seems to me that they have every chance in 2018 to make x5. But this is purely my opinion, it's up to you, of course.

Ripple is killing crypto market

Ripple is coming up this 2018, i would like to invest in ripple to have a huge gain.

I don't believe that cryptos will actually crash. Although, they have the potential to become worthless. That's why we need to stick to the cryptos that we are confident and certain that will not just disappear in the future such as ethereum and litecoin for example.
