I don't see cheap altcoin prices from this decline but we also have to look at the quality of the coin.
There is no benefit if you only see the cheapest coin prices and ignore the quality of coins.
The quality of coins greatly influences the continuity of coins in the future.

That's right mate, now is the right phase to buy altcoins. Every time there is a decrease, then add your investment in quality crypto, at least in 10 types of crypto.
I think first preference should be ETHEREUM without any double thoughts. After that you should go with RIPPLE. As ETHEREUM RIPPLE can also be a good choice and can give a huge profit in the near future .
I think altcoin is also my favorite coin because we can invest even if we only have small funds. Altcoin is currently growing very rapidly. And altcoin is very suitable for long-term investments. My favorite altcoin coin is etherum. I still learn a lot more than this coin.

There's a lot of good altcoins now a days, But I suggest giving time to read about this new PoS ETH platform altcoin name STAKER, We have an active community and we are a moving project, We have a lot of special features to watch this year also. So kindly check it out.
You can choose to do what you want but buying when the market is red can be either super profitable or you loose all your money. In these cases I would generally make sure I know the dev team and the community first and figure out whether it is a strong coin or not. Also, just because a coin is at the top right now doesn't mean it will go stay like that.
I will get some altcoins at this time, especially we will hold, bitcoin, litecoin, ripple, ADA, ethereum, nxt. so we will also get many benefits in the future.

ethereum, I just said that. nothing is worth buying apart from ethereum, there are so many altcoins, but they are weak and the price is low. whereas ethereum is a strong coin.
