Yes I'm convinced that many altcoins will die osomeday. You might ask why and my answer is simple, because many projects have basically no use case at all while some are not even brought forward anymore due to a lack of developers or other reasons....
It's honestly just crazy to see that some of those projects are valued in the millions without even having delivered a single thing on their roadmap. It's nothing else than pure speculation by some people that keeps those tokens alive.
That being said I sometimes question the investment skills of some people within the cryptosphere. I mean why the hack would you put any money into thin air? Into something that doesn't even exist neither show any progress on github after all?
I personally am therefore only investing into products that show some progress and are actively engaging with the community about it. What's your approach on selecting the tokens you put your money on?

There will always be projects that will not succeed in the future but not all will fail. That is why we can associate these ICOs to gambling because we don't know if the project you into is going to succeed. I have observed that even if many ICOs failed but still many are still investing in new ICOs maybe because the profit is good whenever they participate in ICO that will succeed.

That is why it said that as soon as the said invested ICO get listed in exchange immediately sell it on any profit because surely you will get back in low price that time you can buy back from the profit earned if the coin project is good. Like this you can be safe and investment also get safe.

It depends of your goals. If you want to some speculate you can invest in the different alts. I don't like more than 80% of these altcoins but why not if it gives me some profit. And yes future is for the small part of all of these

Don't expect shit coins to be stay in the long run, its value will never increased aside from the hype of whales. But I think, many shit coins will still be created because there is still no regulation about this thing. Invest only on the coin you believe can survive even the market dump so hard, some Altcoins will really here to do business and to make a good technology for the investors.

Yup, it is indeed true that only those projects will survive which has real utility purposes, tokens with real share value and people actually trading these tokens in exchange with availing the products and services. As an example, consider REM coin which can be used as token for identifying the uniqueness of person who holds the private certificate for their devices and login credentials within the blockchain. Now here, REM coin becomes prime utility token which needs to be used within the REMME market and thus it remans very liquid and demand rises all the time. Thus giving it more and more value overtime. I think such coins like REMME project will survive in the long run. Rest of the altcoins will surely die.

Too many coins have begun to be produced. The amount of money entering the crypto market has been divided too much.
That's why coin prices are not rising fast.
In the near future crypto money will be thousands of coins in exchange.

Yes many Altcoins are now created for the purpose of making money, they have never gotten improved since launch so this kind of coins will soon fade but not all Altcoin, so invest in the right coins to make a profit. It is good to invest but people need guidance, there is only one or two things will work and people need to realize this sooner or later

That's true not all altcoins are meant to stay because they just created to make money and not to perform its real function. Don't hold for other shit coins you can do short trading but know when to exit. Altcoins is great only if they perform the real technology they invented. Only good coins will survive but of course not all altcoins will be gone.

I believe in what you say but I can not say that it is all because of the fact that altogether altcoins are only made for investors but when it crashes it will be lost.

I agree with OP. Probably most current blockchain projects with cryptocurrencies will disappear sooner or later, I'd say even 90% of them may have no future. Right now we have like the first wave of blockchain innovations, similar to internet in 90's, so only the best projects with use cases will survive (like google for example, does anyone remember altavista? no). The second wave is starting now, with huge money and real business behind, and those projects will set a new standards.

I, sometimes wonder why is it so many altcoins that are still developing and in the end, it will become useless and considered as shitcoins. You have a good point and that makr me realized that some ICOs are just created to raise money but left hand at the end. How sad that they began in a good and promising projects and goals with potentials but when it comes to being imolemented in an actual setting, they are usually failed in that status.

Yes I agree with you lots of Altcoins with no real purpose/ products and services  will eventually die. but more new token/coin will born than die because of the trending ICO's happening elsewhere and  because of the rising popularity of blockchain many company's  has considered to used the phenomenal technology and released future token/coin too so its never ending  competition because they are afraid being disrupted if they will not Innovate and use Blockchain.

That's because lots of them are just a copy and paste of something else

It's not a good idea to invest in these sorts of projects as they generally become obsolete very quickly or were only created for scams or pump and dump purposes

There will always be space in the market for alternative assets but only the most widely adopted will retain value

Are crypto currencies significantly different from 90% of firms that fail in the first years of their work? The investor is convinced that the primary is the internal cost of crypto, not its price.

Yes I agree with that, maybe ICO will not survive for long time. We already have Bitcoin and it's all enough for crypto. Crypto are made to replace the current currency and became a regular payment system in the future. We doesn't need all Alt, maybe in the future just few coin which can became payment system.

The altcoin is really good if the management has a positive plan for thier project to grow and fight even the getting down. But my observation they make only project just to make money after that they throw like a trash inthe trash bin. But as you see the market many coins are managing well and they make thier best to become popular.

No, I think. It will be very hard to make altcoins go away. The market is developing, and these developments are connected with altcoins so much. We can’t be sure that altcoins could disappear ever.

Yes i agree with you. Most of alt coin projects do not have any working product. Some project do not have real value. Those projects will not stay in the market. But there are projects with good working product. They will remain in market.
