Can anyone explain to me why altcoin is a drastic reduction? Is this the engine to prepare for the btc $ 9k threshold? My wallet lost 10% after 1 night
and now, maybe you lost more than 10% ,,
because at this moment btc dominate about 54% from the market cap and this mean most of altcoins holder move their alt to bitcoin and make the price of altcoins down deeper
The market is already like this for months now and still many people are panicking in every small dip that is happening in the market, and by now all of you should now how volatile the market is that is why even small gain is important and if you would want to have huge gains in the tokens that you have then you should be patient as making a rant will not make the market go up.
They want to get rich quickly, its a good thing they will leave one by one. Crypto is not meant for greedy people.

Due to the extreme volatility of the cryptocurrency markets losing or gaining 10% in one day is not unheard of. Bitcoin rises and falls often correspond to increases and decreases in Altcoin prices. At the end of the day the best advice is to do what you think is best.

i bought some etc at night before price goes down, almost my profit trading for two weeks just gone in one night,, i think its because pending news from SEC about ETF until september..

It's normal .. if btc decreased altcoin usually follow decreased but why this happen .. if you see news today and yesterday more negative news hitted bitcoin like delay etf and etc ..
Altcoins is depends to the bitcoin and if the bitcoin down price of the most altcoins in cryptocurrency will decrease also. Losing 10 perfent is a littel only and you can recover that lost within this month if you hold your coins.

10% is really not so much. A lot of Altcoins lost more that 20-30% today. Nobody wants to buy altcoins now, but a lot of people want to sell them and to be in BTC of fiat.
As for me, after this year I lost faith in altcoin market. I think that a lot of Altcoins will die by the end of 2018. This is sad, but true. I will never buy an altcoin below top-20 of CMC. Crypto market become more mature.
