If you are completely confident that your investment in cryptocurrency will bring much more income than modern banks, then you should think about the risks, you can lose everything just as easily as you can gain it. Nerves are usually more expensive, depositing in banks will give you confidence in the future. In any business, you need to carefully analyze the investment object.

The banking sector is of course considered safer when compared to cryptocurrencies, but they usually offer lower annual returns. While this provides stability, the returns may be comparatively lower. On the contrary, the cryptocurrency market offers the potential for high profits, but there are also high risks. Of course, I’m always for cryptocurrency, but if you always approach it with your head and with informed decisions without emotions.

Bank investors have more certainty because there capital is completely safe but they give 8-10% annual profits to the investors of per year. But it is comparatively less in terms of profits.

On the other hand you will get constant profits from crypto as if you are experienced in trading then daily profits is possible. Otherwise you can get profits by investing. However crypto investment puts your capital at greater risk (main point).
Well you are right, investing in altcoins can give us big profit if we can select the good altcoins and hold till the time comes that its price will rise 10x from its original price, but the risk is very big because its not stable it can also dump anytime so our problem on investing altcoins is the risk and the unstable market conditions.
Putting our money in the bank is not an investment, in fact all types of savings offered by banks are not investments because the increase is very small and it will not be able to beat inflation so even though the amount of our money increases, its value will continue to decrease, while altcoins may be better but the risk is big, we can lose all our money, so you should invest in altcoins with money you can afford to lose so that losses will not mess up your finances and don't be greedy if the target is 10x increase then sell because no one can predict exactly what will happen to altcoins furthermore.

I find this comparison a bit tricky. On one side, there's passive investing, which requires no active thinking or effort, and the profit is completely guaranteed. On the other side, daily trading demands a lot of effort, but there's no assurance of profit if the trades end up in losses. I think these two portfolios could complement each other rather than being an either-or choice. You can still have a bank deposit to ensure a steady monthly profit and a separate fund for daily trading to earn additional income. Having money in the bank gives you more peace of mind in daily trading, rather than putting all your money at risk on daily trading job.
Passive investing means you dont have to think or work as much but it doesn't mean you will definitely make money. The market can change and even safe investments can go up and down. On the other hand daily trading takes more work and is risky but it can also give you a chance to make more money. You can make decisions based on what is happening in the market right now.
I think you dont have to pick between passive investing and daily trading. Both ways have good things about them and can work well together. It is important to spread your money out and put it in different investments. If you will go to the trading so it has different things and different losses and profits. And passive investing also good if this safe and if they are giving by a scammer so everyone should be careful.

I would rather risk my Money in altcoins than entrusting my funds in banks that have been taking
advantage of us for hundred years , they did not give us the benefits we should have instead they are using our
money to make us stupid all our life .

Cryptocurrency is indeed very risky , it is also a hard to achieve investments if you are not knowledgeable
but that doesn't mean that everything is at risk because you can just invest in strong top 5 coins and be safe all
your time in crypto than banks.
Banks do not give profits, they just hold our money then use it to make profits for themselves. They came with the idea of keeping our money and resources safe from criminals breaking into our home, fooling us for years now eyes are being open, we deserve good profits from every bit of our money being used.

With the current popularity of cryptocurrencies and Bitcoin many are now adapting it's use in holding and saving their funds, which profits are made.

It's a good strategy to diversify. So, it's recommended to keep your savings in bank accounts as well invest in fruitful sectors like crypto.
I have for some time maintained a spreadsheet on the buy price and current price of my crypto holdings and compared it to savings and FD on banks.
Most of the entries were on red side but some of my investment performed so well that overall my results are on the green side. i.e. my overall crypto performance has outyielded bank savings but the difference is not huge.

Diversification is good strategy but I think a person will always favor that field about which he found positive results and in my opinion it is quite risky to put all amount in crypto especially altcoins therefore if someone use both bank and crypto for money saving then they can easily take benefit.

Bank profit is little but I think there is no harmful results related with banks but in altcoins first you will choose good coins after which you will continuously look into the market condition and if market is in your favour then taking profit will not be too hard but if market is against you then you will have to wait little more for getting good outcomes.

I am still confused why someone who have to compare the profits that would be made when we trade or invested in altcoins.
The differences is very clear and we need to know where we are doing because bank is not ready to give us the kind of interest that we thing we deserve. There is more profits to be made when we invest in good altcoin projects rather than depending on banks to give us peanuts as interest for keeping our funds in the bank for a limit time.
I certainly understand your point but from the perspective of OP it's comparable.

The OP isn't talking about our bank deposits rather investments. the point is that investors (people who buy shares of banks) might make good profit more than people who invest in Altcoins. Yes for those who purchased shares of a bank they are certainly going to be on a safer side because there investment is guaranteed based on agreement and they have nothing to lose even if the bank goes bankrupt, the bank owners are in debt to the investor based on the laws that guide such investment and must be payed so the bank investors seems to be on a better side than altcoin investors.

If someone invests in an altcoin from what you said it can be blown away in 24hrs but for bank investment it can't be blown away for any reason. Though investing in crypto can give higher returns but the risk is higher than it's return especially when it has to do with alts.

That's valid, compared with the money that bank will share while holding our money it's really far from what we can gained if we managed to pick the right coin to invest our money, it's been proven that the profits that those who invest with crypto especially those coins that generates huge pumps, the amount or the multiplier of your initial investment was really impressive.

It's more on the time that you spend doing your research and trying to sort all the potential projects that may give you huge profits, if you manage to succeed, realizing how small the interest from the bank will give you that thinking to try what opportunity awaits.

High risk high return
Low risk low return

and me personally considered the altcoin profit is high risk with high return and bank as low risk with low return with altcoin let say like the new rats and sats that can hit 125% in a single day that bank only give you 7% in a year. But big profit comes with big risk and you all know that some coin can be doomed in a day and there is so many cases about it like USTC and Luna and many more.

Just know your risk and you will be fine both are best as long you understand with what you are doing

By looking at this percentage, we know that one of the weaknesses if we target profits at the bank is that we need large savings to get satisfactory results. with a percentage of 8-10% or maybe less, then we need quite a lot of money. In fact, when we have $10k in savings in the bank, we might be able to get around $800 to $1000 in additional funds within one year. Meanwhile, investing in crypto can make you $10k, using $1k in less than 1 year. However, the risk in this case is very large, whereas in banks the risk is very small. So, it all depends on the capacity and needs of potential investors. Until now, I prioritize seeking and exploiting profits in crypto rather than banks. Yeah, but when I have a lot of money, I might try to take advantage of bank profits. It is perfect for people who want to retire, and enjoy their hard work during this time.

It will depend on you. Low profit is more safety, high profit is less safety and more risk.
Bank will give you a very small amount of profit but there your money is very safe.
On top of that, if you invest in altcoins, you can get better profits than banks. But the security of your assets is very low. Investing in altcoins without doing market research can often result in losing your capital. If you invest without understanding.
Understand every single step involved in the market because layering out trades. Low and high profits doesn't matter, our problem should be the ability to use these opportunities in good terms and not jeopardize our chances of earning more from the system. Invest with solid idea and not the other way round, we tend to gain and not lose money to the system. In whatever activities a trader indulges in, he or she should ensure he's able to capture significant profits in the market, even though he or she doesn't follow the right track.

If you are not comfortable with altcoin then you can stick with bitcoin only. The difference between traditional investment and crypto investment is its growth. In traditional investment you will get a maximum of 10% yearly but in crypto your portfolio can increase by multiples of X within a few hours. That means it can go in the opposite direction as well so everyone is not a risk taker so some people might want to keep going with the traditional banking sector and i think there is nothing wrong with it. If you have 100 dollars, you should invest at most 20% in the risky investment category and crypto is one of them.

I prefer just leaving my entire crypto asset on Bitcoin, despite it's low volatility, fiat bank investment is still no match for Bitcoin investment. Because the percentage increase or interest a traditional bank would give you for a period of 1 year, in one month you can get that from Bitcoin investment. even if the risk associated with crypto investment is more than fiat bank, summing everything up, you'll find out that crypto is still better than traditional bank investment. Come to think of it, some traditional currency suffer from inflation. How sure are we that by the end of the investment period the profit would not have any value in the economy at that time?

To get a 10x profit on a large altcoin is very difficult, maybe you have to buy at the lowest price when bearish and sell at the highest price when bullish. but once again to do that is very difficult because determining the lowest and highest prices is very difficult. the easiest and quickest thing is to buy new altcoins in IDO IEO etc. or invest in unpopular meme coins in the hope that they will soon rise drastically, but to do that is also accompanied by very high risks.

You can comfortably store your money in the bank, it's not as risky as saving it in altcoins. But the problem is that high inflation can cause the value of your money to fall every year, unless you save it in dollars or yuan which currently dominate the world economy. If we talk about profits then of course altcoins are more profitable because you can even expect an increase of up to 20% in a year.
In some countries a non recapitalize bank can get liquidated thus putting their customers funds at risk though it's not very common even though if the bank is secure the monthly or annual interest rate is usually less compared with investing in a credible and trusted altcoins infact investment in altcoins like SOL, DOT, LINK etc would pump 3x, 4x etc to earn reasonable profit compared to savings the same fund in the bank, I think investors who have no trust in altcoin prefers saving there money in a bank while almost all crypto enthusiast would prefer investing their money in altcoins.

It's all depends from how you deal with your research, like what you mentioned there are people who will continue supporting the bank and will entrust their hard-earned money by depositing and wait for APY, thinking that it's more safe without worrying about your savings, but for those people who undestand how crypto works, they will take that risk and invest with alts that they see have a better future, knowing the project and understanding the full potential can bring high amount of interest and better growth with your investment.
