Depending on your needs, would be the altcoin that you would choose for your daily transactions. As you said earlier, the top 100 coins would mostly likely survive in the future, since most altcoins in this range have a good development team and a supportive community behind them.
Therefore, I believe that the most solid cryptos like NEM, DASH, Monero, Cardano, Ethereum, Litecoin, Ark, EOS, Bitshares, and even Lisk could survive for quite a long time. The competition is getting stronger each day, as alts race to become the top cryptocurrency in marketcap with the intent to overcome Bitcoin at some point in the future. I do not think that any Altcoin can overtake the price of Bitcoin. Especially since the emission with them is not the same as that of Bitcoin. But of course, those Altcoins that you described have great prospects!

But at this stage, the speculative nature of crypto currency prevents them from achieving this goal. You might want to look at the altcoins that are doing good now and have the highest market cap because those are the ones that are most likely to survive in the long run. With the lower ranked and lower price coins, it is much harder to tell if they will do good or even last long in the market so it is better to stay safe
Overall, I don`t think that 95% of altcoins will survive in 5 years or so and I think the ones that will survive haven`t been created yet. So, as you can tell, I can`t name any altcoins today that I think will survive in the future, nevertheless you can make profit of them in a span of 1 year.
I think the top 10 coins in marketcap will eventually survive in the future. They already exist before those hundreds of coins are made. They are popular and they are all legit coins that has an interesting project in the future.
Altcoins with own blockchain will survive in the future, if their blockchain will be usefull. So i think ETH, NEO, LTC definitely will have future.

It does not matter it is old coins or new coin coins, if they do not at all offer interesting innovations and not much change they make, their future will be worse than now.But ethereum will live very, very long
