Actually, im only fully trust in ETH. I think that there are zero coins that can surpass it. There are several tier2 alts like bnb, ada, matic but the only one tier1 alt for me - eth
It is natural that you believe in ethereum because, up to now, it is probably the most stable and fulfilling altcoin in all aspects. But I think you shouldn't ignore BNB, because it is very well supported by a capable network and a very strong community.I think these two altcoins are very capable and will be able to provide maximum profits in time for their holders.
The problem with Ethereum is the expensive GAS Fee and this problem has not been resolved. I think in the future people will start leaving ETH because of its high fees. For BNB I believe it is a good coin. Likewise with MATIC when talking about transaction fees. For now I prefer to use the BNB network for transactions.

Same here, I used to invest in different kinds  of altcoin but eventually got tired of it.  Probably because altcoins is too centralized that the developer is keeping a huge number of their token to their stash and can easily dump it anytime they want.  Like XRP monthly unlocked of coins held by the developer.

Bitcoin is the only cryptocurrency I trust now because of its decentralized nature and there is no central authority that has lots of BTC but only whales.  Whales at least put much money to the market to get what they have now.
Choosing an altcoin requires detailed research, and why don't you choose ETH as the top altcoin which definitely has good development and a clear developer. I hold a lot of ETH at the moment and continue to buy it. Likewise, Bitcoin is the main recommendation for long-term investment. We just need to wait for the bull run to come and whoever is able to survive and be patient will get big profits. and those who panic will only suffer losses.

There are thousands of altcoins in crypto market and each of coin has investors! Cause people have different choice from one to another.  People even invest in shitcoin to get rich quickly. So what are the names of your most 5 invested altcoins that you are holding or would like to invest soon?? Those are my choice
1. ETH
2. BNB
3. Arbitrum
4. Cake
5. ApeCoin
Each of the coins you mentioned has great potential. Ether and BNB are quite reliable altcoins where investing and holding for a long period of time will certainly create a good profit. Besides, among the new coins, Arbitrum is one of the most promising coins, but before investing, you must look at the price range. As for Arbitrum, I think it's  good to buy if the price comes in around 70 cents. Another potential coin is ApeCoin which is mainly working with gaming. This coin showed a good potential in the beginning but currently its price has dropped drastically. Because of this, many claim to give 100% or more APY reward for staking. But if you invest now according to the current price, you can earn big profits from this platform during the bull run.
I don't know what you mean by reliability. If it's just about the profit that can be made in the future, you are probably right. But it seems to me that ETH and BNB have little decentralisation and their blockchain can block transactions or, as it used to be, roll back in case of hacks. So it's not much different from a regular bank.

It is interesting there is still good sentiment here for BNB. The SEC's recent lawsuit against Binance presents another hurdle for the BNB coin, intensifying the regulatory issues the exchange faces globally. Given BNB's close ties to Binance, any operational restrictions in major economies could drastically impact its liquidity. The coin's current decline, coupled with the lengthy anticipated legal battles reminiscent of the Ripple v. SEC case, suggests a challenging year ahead for Binance. My perspective on BNB is bearish/neutral for this year.

I trust ETH the most But I can't resist investing in other Altcoins especially the low caps ones. People call them moon coins but I dont care cos i see its normal to take a risk at times.

Well, most members here consider everything else to be a shitcoin except Bitcoin so I'm not really surprised with this behaviour.
Most people consider everything else except Bitcoin as shitcoin because they are alternatives in the first place and there's no way an alternative can have the quality, potential, and benefit posed by the original.
How is that? Look at Ethereum, it has smart contracts, Bitcoin don't. Plenty alts has higher TPS than Bitcoin's 7, Hive/Tron/EOS are even feeless blockchains, although you have to stake some to get resources.
First, it's not always about the TPS buddy, and if it's all about Bitcoin experiencing 70K unconfirmed transactions people won't still queue for it.
Yes, Ethereum and the above-mentioned altcoin bridge the gap in the TX confirmation time frame, and we have one that's doing well in the market which is why I said 98.9% are created with no good intention and only 1.1% of all altcoins are created with good intention which ETH is one of it.
Meanwhile, Hive, Tron, and EOS are created through the imitation of previous project concepts and they never introduce something new apart from good TPS.

I only trust old projects that have been on the market for a long time and have been around for several bull and bear cycles. Those coins that are supported by the community, such as LTC or XMR. Perhaps ETH can also be called time-tested, but after the algorithm change and the presence of transaction censorship, there will be little trust here, so any ERC20 tokens are questionable for me.

I've been holding MATIC, DOT and just bought in MAX, a Taiwanese cryptocurrency exchange token that has just been listed on Bitget. The tokens all have good potential to do well.
That's right, I personally also like automatics at the moment, but the price hasn't come back yet. For others, there is a lot of potential, but for us traders, I think we need fast returns, of course. For the ARB, I also think it's worth monitoring its movements and it could be a game changer in the future if there are plans to buy now.
Well, you can't always have fast returns as a trader, that's not always what happens in trading. I know that is what we wish for but we also need to understand that the market or specific cryptocurrencies won't move as per our desires or predictions but we will need to change our plans and strategies based on how they move. So, we should always be ready for any outcome when we are dealing with a financial market that is extremely volatile.

It's always good to keep an eye on different altcoins that we think have great potential, we should follow their movements, do our research, and analyse the charts and stuff, and then we should buy when we think the time is right and we might get good returns as a day trader or an investor.

1. ETH

I trust the ETHEREUM TOKEN more; why? The ethereum token is the king of altcoins (i think even the very first) and just like btc, i have strong believes that ethereum is equally bullish long term and this is why i have so much trust in the ethereum tokens, amongst altcoins; it has no rival.

The cryptocurrency market has thousand of alt-coins in the market and most of them are well trusted to buy and hold for next Bull Run market, but no body knows the one that we changed the game, accept Bitcoin as many people has been predicting Bitcoin price $100,000 per BTC, that so many coins will be appreciated in price value.
Have not to go to far, these few coin's are trusted to hold:
ETH
BNB
MATIC
TRX
XRP
APENFT
Shiba Inu and so many other alt-coins.

I think for the next bull run we should be looking at those cool money filling profits so I'll give my best 5
1. First I'll say BNB ,it's daily usage it increasingly high and I think it has a good potential to get high
2. ETH is also a very good idea for the hold
3. BCH
4. MATIC
5.ARBITRUM

I don't have any vivid reason for the last two but I think bch would be good for the hold

Now, I agree Bitcoin is far more decentralized and takes a win in security but alts win in speed, these three qualities are also knowns as blockchain trillema and so far we have none that excels in all three.

Another reason is that most of the alternative coins aka altcoins are created as an earning opportunity for the team involved and 98.9% of all altcoins are created with no good intention for the crypto community at heart just like Satoshi did when he created Bitcoin.
It's better to not put random percent.

My trust on altcoin depends on ability of it's community members. As such, one is Ethereum, second is Hive. Ethereum is well-known already. Regarding Hive, my faith in it increased a lot after the devs from community forked Hive from Steemit after Justin Sun's takeover.
Very few people recommend Hive here. I also want to recommend the coin because I believe in its strong team and community. You are doing a great job in promoting the coin which I also think is great. The price is also still cheap so I think this is the right time to invest.

Actually I don't trust any altcoins in the market even if they are good and have good volume since I always consider the risk so that will always do precautionary measure to avoid losing. But if you say what altcoins we prefer to trade then most common answer with that is the top altcoin and less people will say new coins or tokens since its hard to deal with new since commonly scams happen on early phase.
That's the reason its better to trade coins which exist for long time to avoid big worries regarding on potential scamming.

Current with my portfolio investment dominance with several top altcoin from Ethereum (ETH), Binance (BNB), Litecoin(LTC) and keep holding with C98 coins. I don't recommended for investing with LTC and C98 but for ETH or BNB are most profitable altcoin investing in the future. Actually with ETH have dropped right now and current price around $1,600 seems more promising for investing and believe with ETH has potential back to higher price again. Another most recommended altcoin for investing in BNB, you can see price of this coins drop drastically and right now most worth for reinvesting actually with current BNB price around $214 and seems potential back to $300 few months later. Don't investing in single coins only and use your money for saving in several top altcoin not only with my coin recommended above but you can hold or investing in Matic coin or XRP coin.
