First of all of course Ethereum as second best cryptocurrency after Bitcoin. Ethereum is now stabilising, but will grow hard next year. Then there's Dash, Monero, Litecoin and ZCash. While ripple is also on the go. Next year will be the year of altcoins, most of them will increase and give good returns.
Syscoin will start activities in 2018, they ll launch their blockmarket and new rebarding Q1 will be full activity I can sugest u to check about Sys.
invest in ETH - 700 is not the limit
I would recommend that you have in your portfolio such coins as Waves, Strat, XRP, ADA and NEO. These coins will show good growth in 2018.
I also like the idea and the team behind the SC.

I already invested in the etherium. At the moment I'm thinking of investing in ripple and nem. These coins seem promising to me, but I'm not 100% sure.
I think you should add some IPFS to your list of investments, which is a potential project that could give you huge gains in the future.
Rumor is that Coinbase would be listing XRP and ETC in 2018. So, they can pump hard. XRP is already pumped, but ETC is still in accumulation stage and hence can be a good bet.

This is probably good choice to pick XPR cuz he is the only one who remain on same price and with lot of going in on this one.
If this comes to be true and coinbase really is gonna do this then it could be good call to buy these two coins al least for safe keeping and to see if price will go up after they integrate those coins on coinbase.

Good list, but i would definitely look into Ethereum, it is possible that the price of ETH goes 1k by JAN 2018
