I would be very careful about that, I mean there are so many situations going on with XRP that it could basically bottom out as well, there is a chance it could crash and burn. The SEC deal is not over, they will be punished, but what will they be punished for? Will it be global situations (xrp being used everywhere), will it be printing their own money, will it be having a ledger that's not registered, will it be simply just a "non registered asset" which would be huge fine but nothing for future because they can just register and move on.Basically it is going to change a lot, there is a way for them to get out with paying some fine and being ok and there is a chance they could be bankrupted because of what is going on, all of which is perfectly possible. I wouldn't risk it, this is a high risk high reward situation but that risk is way too high for me.

Maybe it is now but still doesn’t change the fact that owner of XRP tried to get rid of his XRP coins and is also an owner of another altcoin.
He has the right to sell the XRP Coins but it wasn’t a good impression on the investors to dump XRP on them.
This new review from SEC maybe will recover some lost reputation of XRP but i dount it’ll reach 1 trillion dollar market cap anytime soon.

Sell your altcoin and your profit from there, invest it in bitcoin. Don't sell your investment when the market is bleeding, because that will obviously make you lose, the solution is to survive when the market is bleeding because if you can't survive in such conditions, you will never be rich.That's not exactly correct advice... If a man is confident that he can buy these coins cheaper, why not sell them?
