I'd say Ripple, ADA, TRON, ETH, LTC, etc. Also, consider ICOs. As one of the people earlier mentioned, the bull market is simply beginning. Thus, the ROI will be surely high. Do your research, though, each opinion is subjective.

totally agree with your pick. i hold all of these except DeepOnion..

You just need to research to find ICOs you like. There are many of them and lots are not very good.  SO key is to do your own research and find projects you think have solid prospects and could be good value long term.

I've done a bunch of ICOs this past year.  Am pretty picky though. 

To do:

-- See who is on the team. Are they experienced? Do they have linkedin accounts you can check out?  Do they have other companies they have run before?
-- Read white paper- this tells you all of the details about the project and is best way to see how well the plan is thought out.  If it makes no sense to you or does not seem like a quality plan, avoid it.
-- Check out timeline and think about upside potential - how confident are you that they can pull it off and and that it will happen?

It takes a lot of work to find best ICOs-- and don't rely on ICO directory sites either. 

FWIW, these are new ICOs that are either happening now or about to happen I like a lot, but please do own homework0 don;t just trust me or anyone else:

1. Narrative- https://www.narrative.network-- they are disrupting social media and publishing so it's a huge opportunity and the white paper and team are very solid.  Probably my fave long term pick.

2. Gladius - https://gladius.io/ - DDoS protection on blockchain- this one also seems super solid to me.  like the team. Also seems very solid to me, though maybe not as big an opportunity as narrative is.

3. SwissBorg- https://swissborg.com - wealth management on blockchain- like team here as well. get a good vibe from this one.


Do't invest too much in any one ICO though... especially if you just getting started.  Get your feet wet and make sure you know what you are doing.

Aside from ICO, i like these cryptos-- NEO, ETH, Monero, Verge, and Bitcoin.

there are so many coin to look for especially now when altcoin price is dropping hard but above all ETH and LTC are two Altcoin to watch for in 2018. LTC surprise all of us after moving from $70 to abount $300 plus in 2017. all these rise happen within few month. the same thing happen to ETH surprising everybody and continue to rise up till around $800. I see these two altcoin as coin to watch for. LTC will probably reach $2k before the end of 2018 and ETH price should have gone up to $10000 before 2019.

i will watch all token that has a low supply and undervalued one with a very active team only.. other than that i will not bother to research more. i only target team that really dedicated to make their token going up. this way investors will not running away.

Bytom Without a doubt, its a very ambitious project connecting mining with AI intelligence, I can see this bringing the blow that NEO made. and also
Ethlend which is a huge rival for salt being much more user friendly and has a massive use-case, I can see salt reaching $1.00 by the end of 2018.

I agree. 2018 is critical for altcoins because many say that bitcoin will continue its surge even if it is in a stand still right now. We all know how the surge affected so many altcoins across the market, and it's not that good. However, if you are seeking for altcoins to watch for, I think you should stick or invest with the more reliable ones like Waves, Eth, Litecoins, and Dash because they are the ones that were able to stand their grounds during the surge. While many other altcoins have died, those above-mentioned have endured, which is a testament of how reliable they can be.

2018 is going to be a deciding year for altcoins. Either the government around the world would be hostile over it or will accept it in one form or other.
Whatever may happen, it would probably lead to a sharp rise in price.
