I (probably) fixed a bug in the block explorer
Problem:
When asking the block explorer using accountRS, all balances are zero.
https://explorer.horizonplatform.io/?page=account&id=12846730982802002083 --> CURRENT HORIZON BALANCE: 3,310 HZ
but the same account when id given as RS account number is shown as:
https://explorer.horizonplatform.io/?page=account&id=NHZ-Q675-SGBG-LQ43-D38L6 --> CURRENT HORIZON BALANCE: 0 HZ
Solved:
This is on my (temporary!) server where I run my block-explorer-fork code:
