Yes it is correct but I think that the prices of bitcoin fluctuates on daily basis or even in a few moments the prices jumps and dumps so it is also beneficial for the investors who are intended to get the profit instantly through short term investment, lets come to the conclusion that long term as well as short term investment in respect of bitcoins are profitable.

All investment involve risk taking, bitcoin doesn't start from 10k, it started from a very low rate looking at it today many are sharing good testimonies about btc, it is not late now to invest nobody knows what tomorow will say.

you should try some ICOs, i mean 1500 USD is good investement in ICOs, the token is so cheap, but you need to choose good ones and do your research before investement, like those ICOs powerleger,ethos,appcoins, they were in ICO stage are now in the exchanges and the they boomm and thier investors maje tune of cash

Your question is not answerable by yes or no since no one has the definite answer to the question. Especially because bitcoin has been developing since the day it was found and is still improving until today and the coming future. Its value may also vary depending on the demand- the more popular it goes that more it gets more demand
