It works for everyone with their wallet address.

Until you clear your browser cache... :-)
Yeah, and I reset safari everytime I'm done browsing the internet. Not because I constantly visit porn sites, but because, well, I don't know, it feels better that way!

That's right. If you use a crap cleaner (like CCleaner I am using), you'll lose all cached browser data every few days.

Oh yes, vanity addresses.

Let's say there was one created by Mr Dice, can you tell me which address Mr Dice would like his bitcoins sent to? It should be easy enough to find.

always double check crypto addresses, there is no reverse action if you are mistaken.

You'd be better off remembering the first 5, the chances of a repeat there are fairly small, unless you get a vanity address.

With only 4 characters "somewhere" in the string, you might get your BTC sent to somebody else.

Always double check anyway though.

For example, one of my addresses is 1PFMGybSCDnoq8bHtzQD2vUfyHohsH8FF5. Whenever I need to search for it, I just type in "Hohs" and it usually pops up in Firefox's address bar. Obviously it beats memorizing the whole thing and it's way faster than loading up my wallet and copying it from there as well.

LoLz ..nice ...we all do it Wink

Yeah, same thing goes for chrome as well.

yes it is working, but for me I am always checking address anyway to make sure it is correct.
Typing just a part of it can generate a mistake Smiley
