Isn't that how most FUDs work, they just claim that bitcoin and other reputable currency is bad even thoigh they don't have an evidence. It's not amazing but appalling because it doesn't create a healthy argument, they just accuse without a proof to uphold their claim.

Time to buy cheap Wink

It has always been like that and always will be like that. As Bitcoin grows everyone is happy about it, when the rally ends and a correction begins, everyone becomes negative and predicts the end of the Bitcoin. And then Bitcoin surprises us again with a new record Wink

already familiar, plus a few days ago Bill Gates as a Bitcoin hater, started trying again to lower the mental bitcoiner. I am sure this will not stop at any time. so back to our strength and trust in bitcoin. if we ourselves are not sure then what should we hold on to.
no matter what kind of speculation that wants to drop bitcoin, because in the end they will be quiet for a long time after the price of bitcoin recovers quickly.
Yea, this is not new, 2017 was full of FUDs and rumors and manipulation from whales. I'm not sure about Bill Gates but who will forgot Jamie Dimon's statement that really case the market to go down very hard. But his banks are secretly buying tons of bitcoin and then when the price recover, the short it and laughing their ass off. So I guess it will happen again in 2021 because we are in bull run that we never seen before. Lots of money are flowing in the market, courtesy of institutions and big companies.

Hello everybody. Unfortunately, a person, not understanding the reasons for this or that negative event, often shouts “all is lost”, and as a result of these events, various negative stories arise that have not been confirmed by any sources. In the cryptocurrency market, such panic moods are typical for beginners who do not want to understand the properties of the price chart movement. In recent days, the price of bitcoins has corrected, many have lost money on this movement, it is very difficult to come to terms with such things, so negative news begins to prevail over positive. But this is the market - today you are losing here - tomorrow you will definitely earn.

Amazing how many negative stories about #bitcoin have come out today without a single named source.

Its been that way for years. Anonymous unnamed sources being quoted under the same context as peer reviewed, expert, witnesses.

There were fake news stories about bitfinex/tether being market manipulation to over-inflate bitcoin's price in 2017.

Fake news stories about fake quantum computers threatening the integrity of cryptographic protections. Which some said jeopardized bitcoin and cryptocurrencies.

Fake news stories about crypto being safe havens for criminals, drug cartels and money launderers. Fake news about bitcoin being a bubble. Fake news about bitcoin's energy consumption being fueled by environmentally unfriendly sources of power.

There have also been many fake negative stories published on Elon Musk/tesla/amazon and other topics which would appear to make them somewhat politically motivated.

A high percentage of news published by trusted sources today is contrived or agenda serving in some way. On top of being inaccurate.

Some of the people who are making negative stories about bitcoin have two possible motives.

Maybe they want people to stop investing on it or they just want to make stories to fool people.

Always remember that you should always need sources when you read something because it is hard to believe on something without a proof. Also BTC is volatile and it is given to have a downward price in the market. What are you expecting? Bitcoin is not always in an upward movement due to corrections.

seems like someone is trying to get in and buy in bulk but using FUD before hand to bring the price down  Tongue I've seen increase in publication regarding bad side of bitcoin in many medias as well but that doesn't mean it's the end of the bullrun.
Doesn't matter what these publications or negative stories fudsters gonna say about bitcoin but people around the world already bullish with cryptocurrency therefore BTC if got dumped eventually gonna go up again anyway. but one thing for sure though, follow the quotes "Be Fearful When Others Are Greedy and Greedy When Others Are Fearful" so you won't be the one who loses.

Well it is the reaction of the investors that matters in the end.
One business would destroy other to dominate the market. I see as well by the way that you directly quoted the tweet, so yeah.
Remember how many celebrities talk crap about Bitcoin back then? They're just saying what they think that they don't want but still people get driven by them.

It seems to me that every time a Bitcoin price correction happens, the FUDsters come out of their rabbit holes and they start with the "I told you that Bitcoin is a scam but you didn't believe me." type of posts.
I assume that even the Bitcoin bulls will secretly join the FUD army, just for the sake of spreading more panic and forcing a bigger BTC price drop,so they could buy cheap Bitcoins later.
The good thing about this is that a bloodbath is coming in the overvalued altcoin markets....

The recent price corrections are perfect opportunities to spread FUD in the hopes of
flushing out the weak hands to buy cheap coins. Some bulls probably take part in the
spreading of FUD.

There certainly will be a bloodbath in the ALTcoin market, whats going on with
some coins is unsustainable and diverting attention away from the only coin that
matters - BTC

Well, fake news are the norm now... and the spreading of FUD is everywhere.

I have seen a surge in the aggressive marketing of shitcoins too on popular Social media platforms and I think the fake news about Bitcoin is directly linked to this. The agenda is to push people away from Bitcoin and to boost Alt coin adoption as an alternative, because they know people are greedy.

Alt coin shills tend to forget that Bitcoin is the anchor "token" and if investors gets spooked with Bitcoin being the biggest coin, then they will never invest in other coins. (If the biggest fall, the rest will fall quickly)  Roll Eyes

Negative stories without any concrete source were spread about Bitcoin ever since it's creation in 2009. A lot of people got influenced by these stories and sold their coins at a loss. A minority of the investors chose to ignore these rumors. The first category of users are regretting about their decision now. And the same will happen to those who are selling their coins during dips. The future potential of BTC looks very bright. Anyone who holds Bitcoin for the long term will benefit from this investment as long as he doesn't listen to the rumors.

^ I never doubt that BTC will receive negative stories/feedbacks, hearsay, and gossips. Not just because Bitcoin is becoming mains stream, negative stories have been there since was created and just like the as usual for the mainstream. And I guess it would not be bad if we consider or we find it as something to appreciate. It only means that we are kind of halfway there.
Nevertheless, the downs were always there and from a percentage perspective, the lows today are actually not that affecting compared to what we have experienced back then. Let us just enjoy and stick to what we are doing to take advantage and let us keep the naysayers stay there and keep on doing what they are doing as it helps.

With the current increase in bitcoin prices, of course we are not surprised if we hear a lot of negative news about bitcoin, of course this is already familiar to cryptocurrency users, so in my opinion for now we shouldn't be easily influenced by FUD.
I firmly believe that they just want the market price to go down in order to make a lot of profit.

if we have enough capital, it is better to take this opportunity to buy BTC because if the price of bitcoin goes up again we will lose this opportunity. quickly take a decision before we regret it later, it's not that easy bitcoin will be destroyed in a short time, this is just a trick to take profits for investors.

When we hear any problems, you should check that information right or wrong, where to originate. Want to believe what must be established. Just like you hear many negative stories about Bitcoin without origin. It is necessary to have a specific understanding of Bitcoin. Today I watched TV, I saw the Bitcoin market very vibrant.

The negative stories always go alongside the positive ones. This is not a problem at all. If you give more attention to the positive stories you will be bullish despite all these never-ending FUDs. And, well, Bitcoin's strength grew during those times when almost all stories about it are negative. There is no reason to fear and doubt now. If you do, Bitcoin doesn't care and will continue to grow.
I do agree that it is not a problem at all, I mean if you are smart, you can use the negative side to make more money, that is if you are a smart person and not someone who easily panics because the prices are down or FUDs are spreading.

When you make this kind of purchase – which you should never do – you are speculating. This is not a useful activity. You’re playing a psychological, win-lose battle against other humans with money as the sole objective. Even if you win money through dumb luck, you have lost time and energy, which means you have lost.
