Making nonsensical statements won't make OP look like they're shady; rather, it will make you guys look worse. A known tactic that no longer works, at least not with me.

If you unrightfully deny payment for the work that he/she did, then the heading is very much appropriate.
Our bounty program have rules. One of it multiple account is not allowed.
Once this thing happen and we do have the screenshoot etc, we will put it onhold and investigate.
It just only happen few hours back. It takes time to check it in details.
And like you wrote up there.
There is a
possibility user might use it to sabotage OP, but there is a possibility it isn't.
And the distribution for bounty is not begin yet until we close the complaint period.
This is not our first bounty program and we never reject any complaint. We will investigate it first
And fix the problem if deem necessary.
