A new section has been added to OP.

HOW TO BECOME A SHAREHOLDER?

To become an Amber Trade LTD shareholder you should have a minimum of 10,000 AMBER.
To recieve a dividends you should register your wallet in Company.

Where can I get the coins?
1. You can mine it.
2. You can buy it on one of the exchanges.
3. You can buy it directly from the Company.

I have 10,000+ Amber. How should I register my wallet?
1. You should download an AmberCoin wallet.
2. Then move there coins that you have.
3. To register your wallet you just need to send a message to [email protected] containing your wallet address. Company checks your wallet and adds you to a shareholders list. After that your wallet's balance will be monitored automatically and you will get your dividends after the end of a quarter.

Now it is ~2,3M AmberCoin at 0,02$ price left from the Round#1.
Holding a minimal share of the Company (10,000 AMBER) within a quarter can bring you ~64$.

I have kept a close eye on this, we all know how those 'backed' coins have treated us in the past.

I even had some detective work done, when I have found out that conference in vilnus listed someone else in AmberTrade box.
Turned out that company from Poland cancelled and those guys were given a spot, so everything worked out.

I have added Amber to http://www.whattomine.com/coins/133-amber-x13
Waiting for supported exchange, so I can add it to the main list (polo, bter, cryptsy or bittrex if they change their mind).
Hope you stay active and sincere, cheers Smiley

Thank you for adding an AmberCoin to http://www.whattomine.com.

As for a conference in Vilnius - yes, we got a place at the last moment and exibition's management couldn't change the information on their website.

We will work even harder to meet everybody's expectations and exceed them.

P.S. Thank you for an investigation Wink

the first to do is get listed in big exchange like bittrex and poloniex or cryptsy
this is most important

We are currently #2 in the Cryptsy voting.
For a month or so we were #1 (from 13.02.15) but still not listed.
The coin adding procedure is very unclear on Cryptsy.
But nevertheless I hope AmberCoin will be listed soon.
Keep voting!

Polo would be an excellent next step.

Bittrex does not list a coins that represent shares.

In fact it's very profitable to list an AmberCoin for any exchange now. Because in this case an exchange can get an additional income as a dividends for coins that are placed on it. We decided to allow exchanges to register their wallets in the company. But this possibility has appeared recently (after DMS started to work) so I can assume they don't know about it yet.
We will try to let them know all about this possibility in next few days.

about bittrex just need 3btc to be able placed on there

No.
3 btc solve the problem if you want to list "simple coin". Smiley

With coins that represent shares it doesn't work.
If you look at coins listed on Bittrex you will not find any coin that represent a company's shares.

Bill (Bittrex) answer:
"If you know of other coins on our exchange that represent shares of a company, please let us know as they will need to get removed too. "

so the last hope is cryptsy
poloniex is very hard to get it,..
bter maybe a good chances,..i will try to contact them
btw,..please make this threads stay alive

Cryptsy, Poloniex and Bter are all good enough to get listed on.
So we keep working on it.
And any help is appreciated and will be rewarded from our side.

Here is an example of how an actual share of each wallet is calculated:

yes,..but still on buy order
what the minimum coin on the wallet to be registered

The minimum quantity in wallet to be registered is 10,000 AMBER.
Nevertheless actual share at the end of the quarter can be less than 10000.

After the wallet is registered its balance is being checked automatically 4 times a day to calculate actual share.
If your wallet's balance drops below 10,000 Amber it is assumed to be 0.

I will post here an "Actual share calculation example" to clarify possible questions.
