Volume and price are dropping pretty hard  Sad

Volume will rise dramatically when we reach a bigger exchange.
As you can see almost all coins that were sold are currently off the exchanges.
People hold them. And they are right because company's shares are way better then money.
On the exchange is just some part from miners.

As for the price - it can not stand on one point all the time. It is an open market so price' fluctuations are normal.
Every successful step of the Amber Trade will push the price higher.
So give it some time.

Thanks for the reply. However, I'm having a hard time believing that owning these coins result in actually being a shareholder in a company that has amber mines. The website is filled with stock photos, there are no financial reports available for the investors to check and I cannot find the name/location of the mines the company claims to own.

For example:
http://amber-trade.com/news-en/new3-2/

There is no mention of the name of the counterparty. The contract is supposedly for 4800 kg of raw amber worth $12,000,000 or $2500/kg. I'm not an amber expert, but by searching the internet it seems that that would be on the high end of the price spectrum for raw amber.

It just seems really sketchy to me.

We just trying to use crypto in a little bit other way than people are used to see it. Now maybe it seems strange and incomprehensible but in future I think it will be one of the ways the blockchain technology is being used.

As for your questions:
For now there is no legal way to become a shareholder just by owning a coin. We can only garantee that on a company level. But there is a full legal way to be a shareholder by owning a Declaration of Trust that we suggest to our investors.

Stock photos are only on headers but inside of the news all photos are ours.

As for names of the mines: we have a several mines but they do not have own names. It is just an areas where we can mine minerals. Can only say they are located in Rivne obl., Ukraine.

"For example:
http://amber-trade.com/news-en/new3-2/"
All photos inside are made before the first delivery to China by that contract.

"There is no mention of the name of the counterparty" - sure Smiley Our competitors are not sleeping.

As for price: price range is approx. 400$/kg - 10,000$/kg. On average ~2,500$/kg. Every delievery is accompanied by an additional agreement where all specifications are contained.

FAUCET is still running until it is 10,000 AMBER is given away
Make a signature -> send a PMs with your AMBER wallet -> recieve your AMBER.
Read OP.

Our signature campaign is still running. It is just 1,500 AMBER out of 10,000 still available.

Great, lets try this coin as it's concept seems to be well established...on precious metals/or gems, rather than on empty hype.

dev, I sent you pm. thanks

Does the company plan in their development process to make an additional issue of its shares or the number of shares will remain the same?

No.
A number of shares will remain the same in spite of a company's growth. So the value of each share will be increasing within a time.

*** IMPORTANT ***

In the google doc below there are a shareholders that have sent an e-mail to [email protected] and have been checked by the company.
After the Q1 2015 ends they will recieve a dividends from the Amber Trade LTD according to their wallets' balance (share in the company).
Approx. dividends amount is in the right column of the table. In fact it can be less or more.

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1Or2FwieY09n7FgYpBS78czl3pjCunsky1R5NRdmi2n8/edit?usp=sharing

If you have 10,000+ AMBER and wish to get added to that list too you should write us to [email protected].
After checking you'll recieve an ID and will be added to the list.

P.S. The link to this list is placed in OP. The list will be updated daily.

dividends will be in BTC or Amber or USD?

This information is in the bottom of the "AmberCoin" section on the company's site http://amber-trade.com/ambercoin/:

"Withdrawals will be available on personal cards such as Visa/MasterCard in US dollars or Euros and in the bitcoins  for the investors who have nominee declarations of trust.
Withdrawals in bitcoins only will be available for the anonymous investors."

So if you have a Declaration of Trust dividends can be paid to you:
 - in USD
 - in EUR
 - in BTC.

If not - then in BTC only.

well done, did you recieve the bounties?

static const int64_t COIN_YEAR_REWARD = 25 * CENT; // 25% per year
but in OP,  POS interest per year : 0,25%
So every year more than 12 million coins will be rewarded.

Thank you for your attention. We will double check it. Correct value is 0.25%.
For now it affects nothing because POS should start from block #129600.
So we have a time to check it and correct if needed.

We have checked POS interest in the code and it is really a mistake there. Should have been 0.25%.
We will fix this bug and release an update next few days.

Thank you for a quick eye, richwang!

P.S. Send us an AmberCoin wallet for a bounty.
