My question is why sell shares of your company in one of the most unregulated markets you can if the amber you mine is so valuable?
Money is important for any company for sure but not only money in fact. Every company has a mission. Ours is in OP:
"Amber Trade LTD company's global mission is to make an amber to be the one of the types of currency reserves. Nowadays gold is strong reserve unit. In future we see an amber among the types of currency reserves... But that will need a years of hard work to come true. And today we have an AmberCoin that is fully backed by our own row amber reserves and company's profits from trading operations with amber."
Why Alibaba sells shares? Or Google? Or Shell?
Following to you logic they shouldn't sell their shares.
They have billions but still sell their shares.
And if you mean cryptomarket as "one of the most unregulated markets" our company have a plan that we are currently implementing.
I am saying why sell shares in the cryptomarket when it has little or nothing to do with what your company does. What benefit does having a coin as your share give you?
Your questions are very good.
But we want to show these benefits rather than talk about it.

Visit is good but proove nothing in fact.
Usually if business partners have any doubts if the company legit they ask a CERTIFICATE OF GOOD STANDING.
If we have this certificate that means that company is 100% legit.
But it takes 2-3 weeks and ~600$ for company to recieve it in UK.
If something is unclear they will never recieve it.
We always check our partners in such way if have any doubts.
